Staff was very friendly. Breakfast and Dinner were delicious. Even though the rooms are small they are very clean and comfortable. Bathroom was updated. Would definitely recommend it.

We booked the loch view room and it was really clean and comfort and great view of loch bathroom was clean and just the shower did not have the adjustable water dispenser. restaurant was also great with friendly staffs. restaurant prices are unresonably high. reception staffs are also friendly and helpful. room lighting was fine but can be much better. there was a hair dryer in the room as well. breakfast was great. you have some options of continental as well as ordering hot meal of scottish breakfast.

Fantastic friendly staff. Our evening meal was incredible and made it a special stay and if you are a lover of Whisky they have plenty options to choose from. The room was cozy but needed some fixing. The door frame was broken which looked like from forcing the door open. And the shower was the main concern that had a crack in the tray and the floor felt soft. We took one shower and didn’t shower the second day as we were worried about putting a foot through the floor. Reception alerted, but didn’t seem to concerned. Overall we did really enjoy the stay at the hotel and wouldn’t hesitate on staying here again.

Nicely located property, friendly and helpful staff. However, the rooms are quite dated, and the carpets appear to have been treated with a very strong chemical or disinfectant that left a very bad smell in hallway and rooms.
With some investment in modernization, could be an outstanding stay.

Everything was fine except the 'todays special' which was clearly not fresh, and as I like good food, this spoiled the trip.
Also, the Mobile reception is dreadful, mostly 3G which is useless, as well as the WiFi being terrible which even the staff commented on.

Clean, nice loch view, friendly staff. A decent place. The room itself was unremarkable. Breakfast was good.
The negatives were that door rattled whenever the fire doors in the hall were opened and closed, noise from the hall easily penetrates into the room, and if you have a loch view room you can get the occasional waft of cigarette smoke from the restaurant patio below. Our toilet also took some finagling to flush.
Thankfully things were quiet overnight so I slept fine. Short drive to many activities around Loch Ness. Breakfast was enjoyed with a brilliant view of the loch.

Ideal um eine Nacht zu verbringen, Zimmer sind zwar etwas klein und auch das Bad ist winzig, aber alles neu eingerichtet und recht ansprechend, Parkplatz direkt dabei, Restaurant mit schöner Sicht auf Loch Ness, und sowohl das Abendessen als auch das Frühstück haben sehr gut geschmeckt

If you want an easy location for a Loch Ness boat tour this is the place to stay. Beautiful view of Loch Ness and a 2 minute walk to buy your ticket and step on the boat for a tour. Genius!!
