Adrian and Sheila were wonderful hosts and very hospitable. Delicious breakfast and a convenient location right near Dunkeld.

Adrian and Sheila were amazing hosts who treated us like family. They gave us great suggestions on places to visit and shop. Breakfast was excellent. We would definitely choose them again.

Adrian was the perfect host - helped me out of a bind on arrival and was always caring and ready to jump in and be of assistance in anyway possible. The room was lovely and breakfast was a lovely spread. Beautiful house and lovely serene location.

The hosts were very friendly and helpful. Nothing was too much trouble. The cottage is in a beautiful quiet area and not far from Pitlochry.

Adrian & Sheila were excellent hosts and made us feel most welcome.The house lies in an open valley with expansive views over fields to the woods and forests and hills beyond. The garden was full of flowers and birds. Stayed for 3 nights but would have been happy to stay longer. Lots to do and see but needed more time. Dunkeld with its’Cathedral’, River Tay and glorious bridge, variety of small shops, The Birnam Oak, the River Braan and its walks to the Hermitage and Rumbling Bridge. We will go back there again.

This is a lovely B&Bin a delightful quiet area of Perthshire. Close to lots of tourist hot spots. A very warm welcome from Shelia and Adrian with tea and homemade cake. I had a downstairs bedroom with a comfy bed and use of a very pleasant sitting room. One surprise were the “dark skies” with a wonderful view of so many stars. I’ll visit again .

This property is well kept. The owners present a wonderfully comfortable place to rest and relax. A bit out of Dunkeld, the location is safe and quiet. I would recommend anyone looking for a bit of time in a country setting, stay here.

This small B&B is in a beautiful area, a few miles from town. So peaceful! And the hosts are exceptionally helpful and friendly.

Quite nice place with awesome views. The couple there are lovely. Bit of a confusion when arrived as our room wasn't ready nor did they know we were arriving so sorted all that. Apart from that, the stay was great and food was perfect. Thank you very much.
