Good place to stay. near to everywhere and easy access to clark quay, boat quay, park royal collection and many more. Value foe money and suitable for short trip

The staff is friendly and nice. It is worth to be back actually. The hotel also provide a breakfast (simple breakfast). However, the bed feels not really strong for two people stay in. The heater works well, however the bathroom and toilet less than our expectation. Thank you

The hostel is in a very strategic location, just a short walk from the bus stop and the beautiful Hong Lim Park. The bathrooms are equipped with a bidet, which was a nice touch. While the room isn't soundproof, it was still comfortable and overall a good stay.

Hotel prices in Singapore are indeed quite expensive, but for this price I think it's the Best Deal, because the distance to the nearest MRT Station (Rafless) can be reached by walking. Get Breakfast (bread and coffee/tea). Free refill of water, because here the price of water is expensive, so don't worry. like Pods in general but the room is comfortable, the AC is cold, clean and there is space for prayer. The staff here are also very friendly and helpful. I checked out and was still allowed to leave my suitcase until 11 pm. happy to be able to stay here, and if I have the opportunity to return to Singapore I will stay here again

The service is very good, I like the breakfast. But I think for the front service they are nicer with western foreigner than the south east asia people. LOL. Especially the woman describe something not smoothly

About the review, regarding the service shown nicer with westerner guests we would like to provide an explanation about this, but firstly my apology if you find the way I and other team members communicate to other guests does not meeting your expectations. Even we are not the best hostel you went to, we do practice and make an effort to assist our guests no matter from what nationality they are and even to those who are unable to speak understand English fluently. Every day we meet different types of guests and we ensure our team including me can be able to attend the guests if they have questions or need further assistance. Some guests may wrongly interpret how we handle westerners as they can be able to deliver easily and fluently their questions which is easier for us to understand. Again, thank you for your time and we highly value your feedback, as it will assist us in becoming better at what we do. You canr expect more from dormitory hostel:) but the staff is friendly, they serve breakfast by preparing yourselves. They are enough
