the room is not cramped like most capsule hotel, the toilets are nice and clean too. I love how the staff are friendly and helpful, the breakfast is also a plus for this hotel. thank you, I'll surely stay here on my next visit.

Receptionist is nice but the space is quite small and narrow, breathless, I had to book another place and no return money policy even I was leaving after 10 mins checking-in.

Mr Sadi so helpful and very nice! We talk a lot during my check in time 😆 cause the room wasnt ready yet, but it wasnt that long like more than 15mins and the room is ready ✨ bfast is good like simple and to fuel ur energy. Room is cold but it was needed cause sg so moist & hot, and location is close to everywhere. 💯

The Cube Hotel located in very strategic place near Sultan Mosque. It is 5 minutes walk from Bugis MRT (Green Line). I was fascinated by the hospitality but foremost about the location, wifi connectivity and breakfast. We can make our own taste egg and the food was delicious. I did really enjoy to stat in here.

They weren't helpful with compensation after we told them we couldn't even board the flight and was suspended from flying and won't be able to make it to those days. Very unhelpful and just greedy.

The free breakfast has no change, a day like every other day, not many options. The hotel is located in a tourist area so vehicles are prohibited from entering, you have to walk with your luggage into the hotel. The bathroom is not cleaned regularly, there is always water and hair. The electromagnetic locks are no longer working properly, when you swipe the room card, the sensor falls to the ground, the cabinet locks are loose after a long time of use, sometimes they can be closed, sometimes they can't. The room is not cleaned regularly, even if you stay for a whole week, it should be cleaned once every 3 days, otherwise it will be very dirty when you leave the room. Only 1 bottle of drinking water is given when checking in. I wanted to change to another room but the male staff did not allow it and had a bad attitude when the guest asked. There are too many rooms so the common living area is narrow and very dangerous. I have already paid, so I try to stay because I can't get my money back. The room price is expensive and there are many inconveniences. The staff is not friendly, their faces always show attitude. They do not answer politely when asking. The female service staff is not friendly. The breakfast is not delicious.

Helpful staff, tourist center location in Kampoeng Glam, close access to public transportation. Everything was pleasant, except that my request 3 days before arrival, to get a lower bed was not granted.

Everything is good until when I was about to check out, I still have 30 minutes left before 12PM and I was using that time to rest, but the ladies were already cleaning the other beds, and they kind of made me feel bad if I was still there and haven't checked out yet, so I just checked out.

Overall, it was better than I expected from a capsule hotel! Some cleanliness issues (I think I was just unlucky that it had to be me), but they responded well. The staffs are superb and the location is just great, just right beside Haji Lane and a ~10-min walk to Bugis MRT station 🚄. The breakfast is surprisingly good for a 2-star hotel and more like a 3-star 😋. More suitable for solo travellers or a young group of friends. I would greatly consider staying there again!

The hotel staff happened to be Indonesian, so they could communicate smoothly and the staff were very friendly and helpful. Then the strategic location of the capsule hotel can be to HJ. The lane and proximity to the mosque are very helpful for Muslims & travelers to go for a walk. Stayed here twice with great experience! Thank you cube hotel!
