After seeing the reviews of other guests, I was a bit scared to bring my family to this staycation. But when I actually checked in/my stay things aren't that bad and actually me and my family quite like this hotel.- Booked 4 rooms for 3d2n.- Check in was seamless fast/efficient just need get everyone's ID and the key is ready. Staff explained to us the details such as free parking/booking of pools limit to 5 guest/- As our rooms got is without breakfast staff explained to us that is $ 10 per person. So we gave it a try for 1D. -When we stepped into our rooms we were quite happy first thing first, room with Singapore flyer view.- Rooms' TV with Netflix! -Rooms are clean and although was a bit old but I must say is big + clean! - Room amenities that they even provide hotel slippers/cotton stick/body lotion!- I must say that for the location/room size and cleanliness is most important definitely I will come back to this hotel again! My experience/stay was definitely a pleasant one. Things are not really that bad from what other guest review la. Maybe different people different expectations. But I find it good. Will definitely be back again soon!

Great stay! It’s near around chinatown where there are a lot of good food there! They even give us a surprise birthday party for our kids! Great services from Furama City Hotel!

Got a free upgrade from superior to deluxe and the receptionist even tried to get us a king sized bed and ensured that the room was spotlessly clean as we are allergic to dust. Highly recommended!

strategic location, close to culinary center & shopping center.. and easy access to everywhere because it is very close to MRT station... the comfort of the hotel environment is also ok, drinking water dispenser is available.. highly recommended to stay at this hotel..

A comfortable, clean hotel with a strategic location from anywhere, and most importantly, very close to the Chinatown MRT! It was a pleasure to be able to spend the night & rest at this hotel. Impressive.

Very great and helpful staffs. My son got lots of kind gifts from the staff. Location is also very near to the Chinatown Mall and People's Park so there are lots. Of options for food and drinks. We also got upgraded which is also very nice. Very recommended place.

The hotel location is good, nearby MRT. There are a lot of foods around the area as well. I got a room upgrade for free and the room was very spacious. The breakfast also had varieties. We all had a good stay. Definitely will be our first choice if we were to spend the night again in Singapore.
