Heritage Collection on Seah - A Digital ApartHotel

It's a self check in hotel and easy to understand because they will send you the guide. The location is strategic. We can request an iron. The toilet has a bidet. We can do laundry. There is a microwave and refrigerator in the room. I was welcomed by Divina when I first arrived and was explained clearly. It was an amazing experience to stay here.

I chose Heritage Collection on Seah as our place of stay for 5 days holiday in Singapore. Turns out, we made the great choice after all. From D-1, they notified me to do the check-in via their app, and it was a very easy thing to do! Divina, Shannen, Mae, and Ryan are always ready to help and accommodate our needs through WhatsApp. For example, during check-in, the app couldn't work to unlock our room. Then, Divina quickly got the room cards me to ease the process. The room is not spacious, but enough for me and my sister. The place is very strategic, only 8 minutes walking from the nearest MRT station. Overall, it was a delightful experience to stay at Heritage!

Staff are friendly, thank you and success for Divina Shannen Mae Ryan 🥰, they are very helpful even though this is a digital hotel, always on standby on WhatsApp chat. The room is clean, the toilet has a bidet, towel soap shampoo is available, the kitchen equipment is complete, the water can be drunk straight away if you are in doubt just boil it first, there is a laundry room complete with dryer, the location is near the Cityhall MRT and Bugis MRT, just walk to Bugis Junction / Street. Suggestions: cable TV is available, soft mattresses, rooms for families. Overall, comfortable stay at this hotel, sorry I didn't have time to take photos of the room, but it's recommended!

It was a pleasure to stay in this apartment. Clean, cold air conditioning, hot water works well, quite complete equipment, feels like home. Especially the service of the staff (Shannen, Divina, Mae and Ryan) are very friendly and helpful. They are always ready to help us and are open to any questions we need. We will stay at Heritage again someday.

The team in Heritage on Seah was very helpful and responsive when I couldn't find my confirmation email. Thanks to Apps for providing me with whatsapp contact to the team also. Within minutes, they replied to me with instructions and organized a whatsapp group for coordination. My digital key didn't work but we end up using my husband's phone - Thank you Mae, Ryan, Shannen and Divina! The place itself is very clean and nicely organized with ample of space although compact. Love the neighbourhood so much - close to MRT, Raffless Hotel, Gallery, Shopping Centers, Chijmes and many great places for eating and hang-out. Recommended but make sure your gadgets are well organized for digital stuff!

Strategic location close to 2 MRT stations: 1. City Hall; 2. Bugis. Bus stops are also on the right and left sides of the highway from the hotel. It is also close to 2 malls: Raffles City and Suntec City. So if you need anything, it's easy. There are also many convenience stores near the hotel. This hotel already uses a digital system from check-in to check-out but there are still employees on standby during working hours. Before leaving, I had communicated via email to confirm several things. But I was constrained by the 200sgd deposit payment because my card said 'does not support this type of purchase'. They were less than helpful regarding that so I tried all the digital debits I had. During my stay, their team created a WhatsApp group for coordination. The room I stayed in was a loft. Very narrow but sufficient. Luckily I also had a little luggage. For Muslims, the prayer area is very tight. Also be careful when on the upper floors because the ceiling is low, especially the one right above the head of the bed. I got hit. This accommodation does not provide room service for make up the room every day. I stayed for 4 nights and cooked every day, so the floor got dirty after a while. But the facilities in the room are complete. There is a refrigerator, hair dryer, ironing board and iron, multicooker, cooking utensils, cutlery, detergent, dish soap, dishwashing sponge, etc. They can even provide pens and paper when I ask. Outside there is also a washing machine and dryer. Shout out to divina, shannen, and the rest of the team for being very helpful throughout my stay!

The location of this hotel is very strategic, The place is very clean and quite spacious with a mezzanine concept. There is a hot shower and laundry available. The bed is comfortable and the air conditioner is cold enough to make your sleep comfortable. The street where it is located is quiet. Many food stalls or restaurants in the area as well as grocery stores. They also allow us to leave our bags/luggage after we check out if we want to go for a walk first until 5 pm. Anyway, it's a good place to rest after a day of walking and touring SG. Thanks also to shannen, andrew, divina and Ryan for a pleasant and comfortable stay!

Heritage Collection on Seah is my first hotel in Singapore. At first, I was not that familiar with the system of online check-in, and everything. But all staffs, shout out to Shannen, Andrew, and Ryan, assisted and gave me detail explanation and information about everything I need. One wonderful thing that I got was they had this initiative to ask me if I need the universal adaptor or not in my room (if they were not asking, I could not charger my gadget). Beside of the staffs, this hotel is indeed located in a strategic area! The room is a little bit smaller than I thought, but it offers an unique experience for me. The cleanliness, service, and comfort are great!

It was our 2nd stay. The first one was last year at another location. It was a pleasant stay. Efficient check in and communication. Ryan, Shennan, and Andrew was very responsive in assisting us during the stay. Everything was just a text away. The loft room was comfy and just as needed. And the location is best just a walking distance to bus stop that can get you anywhere also walking distance to city hall MRT station. And if you wanna walk more, you can arrive at the esplanade area within 20-30 min.

Kamar yang nyaman, pelayanan yang bagus, lokasi yang sebelahnya banyak makanan dekat seven eleven beberapa meter dari hotel deket bugis dan beberapa meter deket dari MRT city hall.

I really enjoyed to stay here. The place is so clean, and the it ' s near to the city and so many culinary that we can also try near there. It is really recommended place to spend time in SG. The self-check in is easy and the host, John & Casta, are really helpful if we need or ask for something. The amenity is complete so we don't need to bring or prepare anything for our staying, just bring your luggage. Will stay here again when I visit singapore again. See you!
