Mercure Singapore On Stevens

What I don't like: Not a jet washer at the closet. Room too small. Location is far from Orchard

The location is very good, near Orchard and the bus station.

Nice. Nice place but a little bit small.

Room was clean, very quiet and peaceful area although it's a bit hard to reach by MRT. You can get there by bus, but it's quite troublesome if you aren't familiar with the bus system there. Getting there from the airport is also a bit of a hassle because I had to go by Grab after getting down on the nearest MRT station.

This will be my last time staying at Mercure on Stevens. The receptionist named "Jennifer" was very rude! No smile at all and bad looking! She said that the complimentary is only for 1 night while I'm staying for 3 nights! Some staffs are nice but most of all are unkind! I think they're underestimating Indonesian guests.

Not recommended to stay here, there was a problem with check-in registration for almost 3 hours and there was no solution whatsoever.

If you're looking for bidet this isn't the right hotel. They do cleaning at night and crap that's noisy. Book 4 nights only stayed there for 2 nights. And there was no good intention from the hotel to compensate

I've trully enjoy my stay , my room was upgraded to suite type , and I am happy for that , this is my first experience stay at Mercure on Stevens , denitely will come back someday.

I came back here for the second time, it's a good experience and pleasant stay. The room is clean, bathroom is not too small. Advantage staying here they provide a shuttle bus starting from 8am-9pm, it stops near Orchard and nearest MRT very convenient.

Good for stay and will come back again

Overall it's good, only the cleanliness of the room is lacking. There are still many dust and other things left because I see the cleaning method is lacking.

The room booked is not appropriate, like a standard room only superior. Breakfast with the same menu.

Whether it was enjoying a swim in the beautifully maintained pool, savoring delicious dishes at the on-site restaurant, or making use of the well-equipped fitness center, every experience was top-notch. What truly stood out was the value for money. Despite its premium location near Orchard Road, the price was incredibly reasonable, especially considering the outstanding services and amenities. Overall, my stay at Mercure Singapore on Stevens was fantastic, and I can't wait to return. If you're looking for a great place to stay in Singapore with amazing service at a fair price, this is it! 😊

OK not bad room abit small but no choice when you in singapore.

Room is too narrow with superior size

The hotel is a 30 minute walk from Orchard Road. The other option is to take the MRT but the closest MRT station is Stevens and that is a 10-15 minute walk from the hotel. There us a bus stop 2 minute walk from the hotel and need to catch the 190 bus. You ccan also get the hotel shuttle bus to Orchard Road but best to scan qr code in the hotel or outside the hotel. You can also order a Grab by downloading the app. There is a small cafe in the hotel where you can get a coffee or cold drinks. There are also a few restaurants onsite to choose from and also a 7 Eleven store a couple minutes walk from the hotel where you xan buy what you need.

We arrived around 5pm. They said the room is not ready yet, gave me a welcome drink at the next door. I came back to counter by 6pm. Front desk said the room is not ready again! So sad to experinced this. But luckily the bed, pillow and blanket is super, I have 2 nights good sleep.
