Old hotel, but very well maintained and clean. The service is good. In front of the hotel there is a bus stop.

Fast check in and out. Friendly receptionist. Spacious room. Clean room & bathroom. Nice city view. Perfect location between 2 MRT blue and yellow line. A lot of food store around or walk just 10 minutes. Sweet-scented lobby. Reasonable price with the amazing location. Will be back.

Very well located with MRT and bus station beside and in front of the hotel in close proximity with many restaurants and convenience stores, staffs are very helpful and rooms are well maintained ….

May be time for a bit of a refresher but the location is unbeatable. Bencoolen MRT is a the doorstep and Bras Basah MRT is a stone's throw away. Dhoby Ghaut Interchange is also just a short walk from the hotel. Staff are efficient, polite and helpful. The concierge is 5*: wonderfully helpful and friendly.

I stayed 3 nights in Club room and breakfast was served in Club lounges. Bread without cheese, only jam and cold croissants. The mains, I think, are from supermarket (see pictures). Limited food as it was there were no egg stations / congee as no chef around, only auntie that filled up the trays and cleaned the table . Whatever the reasons they might spit, such as: the main restaurant is being refurbished or the chefs are on holidays, they should tell beforehand and not to trap guests with trash. FYI, I also went to other breakfast function room on the 2nd floor where other guests were having, the foods were as bad as on the Club's. The management seems doesn't care and I bet the GM never tries the room were nice but we found four red spots on the bed sheet, stained like bloods, on the 1st night. I complained by calling the front desk, nobody answered it. Later I went down to lobby, talked to them, resolved it by replacing it. I wonder what they will reply to me.

This Hotel is the best one in Orchard/Bencoolen/Bras Basah area. We stayed in tidy, clean, modern, and quite big room. All the staff were friendly, polite, helpful, and communicative. The location is very strategic. The Bencoolen MRT station is next to this hotel. There ' s a 7 Eleven mini market in front of the entrance gate. In overall: Five stars.

It 's an old hotel that need renovation, but all in all, everything are OK. Staffs are helpful and friendly, shout out to Andrew at the front desk who gave me an upgrade to accommodate my needs.

Great location, close to bus station and MRT station, lots of eateries and convenient stores right in the hotel premises. I requested a room with 2 single beds but they were full so they upgraded me to club class for free. Friendly staff, clean and nice rooms.

The hotel was perfect. Staff was courteous at all times. The room was very clean.

It is a well located hotel, close to restaurants, grocery stores, and most important thing MRT station and Bus Stop just right in front of the hotel.
