Check in is a chore-we waited for a long time for the self-check in. The process is not so automatic. Remember to approach the staff for help. That said, the service is good. And the security is tight-we need to show photo ID to access the lifts and must use the key card to access the floor. The room that was cleaned had a sticker seal on the door. The room is big. Basic toiletries are given-shampoos, body wash, toothbrushes, vanity set (cotton bugs & pads), shower cap. 2 kinds of TWG teabags (Sencha & English breakfast tea-2 each) & instant Nescafe coffee are also given. Towels are ample-but I have 1 gripe. There's a large brown stain on one the towels.

Nice and cosy. Friendly staffs. Close and free (till 30 September) monorail nearby to get to Vivocity. Only downside is we have to dial 0 using the phone in the room to call for room service (which we were not aware of) so we had to check with the receptionist. Room service will take some time to come and clean the room. Pool and jacuzzi is mostly empty during this time of the year.

Smooth check-in. Was able to check in at 12pm instead of the stated 3pm as they have room available. Room is clean and big. Superb location.

Room is big and comfortable. They provided an amenity kit for each room with masks, sanitizer and hand wipes. Room is near to USS, SEA aquarium and the train station.

Check-in as usual comment takes around 45mins. Room was great, my kid love it a lot. Only inconvenient is the carpark, have to wait a long distance unless valet will be more convenient. Will visit again for our stay caution.

Check in process was alittle slow. The Carpark was far from the hotel. Maybe there is nearer parking lot but I did not know since there is not much signage. The room itself was big and ok. Overall the experience was okay as it is walkable to RWS with lots of food just that the room above us was quite noisy.

The check in process was a breeze and received a good service from Gayu, at the reception. The hotel situated in between two stations (Resort World and Imbiah) of Sentosa Express monorail and was just a few minutes walk away.

The breakfast-when my kids ate their breakfast the siomai got shattered plastic pieces. We reported to the incedent and only apologize we heared from the management.

Check-in was very long, our information was mixed up with another guest. Room was ready after 4.30pm even though we have written in for check in at 1pm. The attractions tickets given to us were not able to use at USS. Saying that the tickets were void. The room was old, and not clean. Will not return again.

I had the most pleasant stay here. It was for my birthday and I didn't expect much but little did I know that the hotel prepared this cute birthday decoration. I was truly impressed. I was given late check out which I was truly grateful as well. Definitely, will come back again. Thank you for making my stay a memorable one.

The checking in was pretty smooth and the best part was that we managed to get an early check-in. The room was very nice and cosy, had comfortable beds and many storage areas. It also had a pretty spacious toilet. The hotel staff were very friendly and pleasant. The check-out process was even way much convenient with us just having to deposit the hotel key cards into the check-out box.

The main door lock is faulty (no battery and needs reset) and I had to go to the lobby to get help. There is no telephone on the corridor and I had to make multiple trips from room to lobby to get the issue resolved. Booked 2night and decided to leave after using 1 night. No refund was given. Spoil our staycation. Carpark to the hotel is a distance away. The bed and blanket need improvement.

The location of the hotel is great. With eatery and most attractions just a short walk away. However, the service was unsatisfactory. The staff did not inform me that I need to make booking for the use of gym and the pool; Or where to make the booking at the check in. It is quite disappointing as these information should be very basic since the start of covid.

While I understand the security concerns amidst Covid pandemic era, there has got to be a better way of implementing checks for guests identification other than verbal and photo ID verification each time at the lift lobby. Guest experience is greatly compromised. Not to mention rude staff manning that counter at the lift lobby.
