B&B Hotel Maribor

Such a fantastic hotel! The staff is so kind, they welcomed us with a warm smile and were super available for everything. The rooms are great, cozy and clean. The location is great too, it's close to many bars and restaurants. Last but not least is the breakfast: the buffet is full of nice products Super recommended!

Pro - rooms are designed nicely and were clean The location is very central in Maribor Contra - we came to our room which was very hot and airless. We set the air conditioner and decided to wait. The air conditioning was clearly not working (OK, it can happen). We went downstairs - the reception was unattended. We waited, no one showed up. We went for dinner. When we came back, the receptionist came upstairs with us (but did not seem entirely sure of how the air conditioning worked) and saw that it indeed didn’t work. She told us that she will be back within 15 minutes with keys of other rooms and that if she doesn’t show up, we should come down ourselves. We had to come down after 15 mins and went again upstairs together with the receptionist. After visiting two other neighbouring rooms, finally a room with a functional air conditioner was found. Breakfast is probably the poorest that I have ever experienced (yes, I am aware that it is a three star hotel)

We stayed at this hotel for 1 night and found it quite satisfactory. The breakfast, while not offering a vast array of options, was good and reasonably priced considering the hotel's cost. We booked a pet-friendly room, but were a bit disappointed to find that the usual amenities for our dog, such as a bed and water dish, were not provided despite the additional fee. The hotel's location is excellent, right in the heart of downtown. However, be aware that there is no on-site parking, so you'll need to pay for parking separately. Conveniently, there is a parking lot on the main street where overnight parking is free, but fees apply during the day. Overall, a good choice for a short stay in the city.

Always super friendly people, rooms are clean and have what you need for a short stay. Perfectly located, parking around the corner.

Friendly and professional staff, clean and comfortable room, perfect location: a ten-minute walk from the bus station and the old city center is right there.
