Had a night stop over in j'berg and the hotel was perfect. It was quiet and the food was delicious. The only down fall was the pool that needed to be heated and away from the restaurant.

Super convenient to airport for layovrrs or late night arrivals. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Room was clean and bed comfortable. Shower and toilet nice and roomy excellent choice for affordability and convenience.

I had booked last minute before flight take off from Nairobi, unfortunately the KQ flight 27/01 9pm had a technical fault got canceled in the one of booking so there was not refund for such instant though requested to move the date was refused.

Third time I’ve used this hotel prior to a morning onward flight.
Service checking in and out always slow which is frustrating when arriving on a late flight - and risky when you have an early flight!
Always seems understaffed, and staff who are there seem miserable as hell.
This time the staff forgot to give me my passport back after check in, which meant (after checking through every item of luggage/clothing I had in my room), I had to go back down and sure enough they had it.
Only reason I continue to stay is the ease of walk to departures and lower cost than intercontinental.

Safe for tourists as it's connected by direct walkway to ORT. Do not leave the airport to walk outside to the hotel. Use the interior walkway. Great hotel for transit to rental car (also located along the same walkway). Good buffet dinner and friendly staff. Good service.
