Pepperclub is one of those great hotels where the staff really go out of their way to assist you, and the rooms are well appointed with excellent bathrooms and attention to detail. We really enjoyed our stay there!

Hotel is good, staff very friendly and accommodating. Breakfast and food options are good. Room is good with views of table mountain. Only downside is the area the hotel is located in, can be a bit sketchy. Also had to move rooms due to the room smelling of tobacco smoke but the staff were very accommodating.

Hands down the best CBD hotel i know here. Just a real shame the CBD has gone downhill so much in the past 10 to 15 years. What a shame, it used to be a gem of a place.

Staff were attentive and friendly. Given the price I’d say it’s very good for value with it’s location close to nice bars and restaurants, filling breakfast buffet and a la carte choices included. Parking fee is reasonable at 150 rand a day.
