Loved our stay! Fiona was an excellent host, property was clean and well maintained. Lovely pool. Great breakfast. We walked into town and got an Uber back if it was dark.

Vraiment rien a dire si ce n est excellent en tout points (localisation,site,petit dejeuner..) MERCI

Specious and comfortable room in a delightful, quiet hotel, which felt more like a boutique hotel. Ideally located, just 15 mins walk to town centre. Friendly and helpful welcome from Fiona.

ci è piaciuto tutto,dalla struttura alla pulizia e la gentilezza della nostra host. Peccato esserci stati poco,sicuramente da ritornare dovessimo tornare a Stellenbosch.

The girls at the front desk were so helpful from start to finish . The pool was a nice touch after a tough days wine tasting 😛 only a 15/20 min walk to “town “.... ideal!!

This is a really beautiful guesthouse; totally in keeping with the stunning Stellenbosch area. We had a very warm welcome and a wonderful stay. The rooms, outdoor space, main lounge and dining room are all spacious, elegant and immaculately kept. Breakfast was made up of three courses, each with various lovely choices. All the food was very nice, the only downside was the service was very slow and sometimes our orders got confused. There were a couple of nice extras we weren't expecting such as free bikes we could borrow if we wanted, cosy swing chairs on the porch we could curl up in and read books and little chocolates left each night on our door handle. We were sad to leave after two nights.

O hotel é extremamente bem localizado, em um bairro muito tranquilo e acolhedor. A recepcionista foi muito atenciosa em nosso check-in e solícita em prestar as informações de nossos passeios. As acomodações são novas e de extremamente bom gosto. Café da manhã excelente.

We stayed over for 4 nights as we had a wedding in Stellenbosch. The place is well located and is safe and secure. Not far from the Centre with restaurants and shops. We got Uber’s everyone but you can walk in to the Centre. The staff are very friendly and accommodating. Breakfast is great and the staff went out there way to make us take away sandwiches after we missed breakfast one morning. Didn’t use the pool as we didn’t have time, but it looked clean. The guesthouse was peaceful and chilled out. We would definitely stay again!

Dieses Haus wird sehr persönlich geführt, der Service und die Freundlichkeit sind hervorragend! Das Frühstücksangebot wechselt täglich und ist umfangreich und lecker. Das Zimmer war komfortabel, die Außenanlagen gepflegt und einladend. Für Ausflüge stehen kostenlose Leihfahrräder zur Verfügung.

Our room was lovely but the staff made our stay exceptional. Excellent service. We were there on Valentines Day and they made every effort to make our stay delightful.

Only stayed one night, must check in before 8 pm or else incur extra charge for after hours. The house is very comfortable, white and gray design with cute giraffes, breakfast is good, staff very friendly.

Eine tolle Anlage mit schönem Pool. Alles sehr sauber, neu und gepflegt. Gutes Frühstück und sehr nettes und hilfsbereites Personal.

Simplesmente perfeito!!! Pequeno guest house de apenas 8 suítes. Atendimento espetacular, quarto espaçoso, limpo e bem decorado. O café da manhã foi delicioso! Pode-se notar a atenção aos detalhes e cuidado com que tudo é preparado. Uma delicia de hotel! Gostaria de ter ficado mais tempo. Super recomendo!

Comfortable place with beautiful garden, great service and delicious breakfast.

We had a fabulous time at Summerwood as part of our honeymoon trip to South Africa. The inn was lovely with a wonderful manager and was such a great value. We arrived a bit tipsy after spending the day on the Wine Tram in Franschhoek, but immediately we could tell this hotel was special. The room was very nice and modern and that night we enjoyed the "honest bar" and cookies! The next morning after a great continental breakfast we borrowed bikes from the inn and rode into town for coffee. All in all a great experience, we just wish we could have stayed longer!
