Such a beautiful property. We had the ocean view connecting rooms overlooking the lazy river, pool, and ocean. The lazy river was great and the pool was a nice size. It is definitely windy everywhere on the island. There is so much to see and do, but we honestly loved just being at the resort. It was relaxing and a great time.

We had an excellent self catering room overlooking the beach and only once did we eat out which suited us as I am gluten free and little choice in the restaurants. The sea is excellent snorkelling from the hotel beach but make sure you have water shoes as it is mainly rocks.

We had a great stay. My wife, 2 teenage daughters and I stayed in a Villa, which was very convenient as everyone had their own bedroom AND bathroom for a reasonable price. Location was nice. Parking our rental car was never an issue. Pool and lazy river were nice. Beach is great for snorkeling but rocky to get in if you want to just wade in the water. Bring your own hand soap/shampoo/conditioner as there is only one soap dispenser in the shower. Bring your own Nespresso Original pods or buy from the desk at $7 a sleeve which is very reasonable. Nice to have a kitchenette. On site restaurants were yummy. Service is a little slow, but that's not a complaint...we need to slow down on vacation! Scuba Do dive shop was on site and they were very good. Did 5 dives with them including the mandatory orientation dive that Bonaire makes you do which is a great refresher and still a really nice dive as Bari Reef is a top 10 spot to dive. Try to sign up for both shore and boat dives as some dive sites are not accessible by shore. Most people seem to rent a pickup and tanks and go on their own which is not unreasonable as Bonaire is an easy place to dive. Thank you for a nice stay.

Pool was dirty. Restaurant staff was inattentive. Room. Had no blankets. Took a day and a half and 3 phone calls and a visit to front office to get blanket. Seems kinda nickel. And dimes to get coffee pods to the room. Each one was 1$

The check in was fast and easy. We had one of the quieter rooms on the ground floor NOT in front of the lazy river. The clean your room every 3 days. The room was clean and spacious, although had a drip from the air conditioner and asked them not to touch it till we leave in 2 days but they came anyway and made it worse. I told the maid not to come in the last day before we left that we were ok and they came into our room anyway. The room had a pod coffee maker that you got 2 when u checked in and then had to pay for more . It also had no clock in the room. No face clothes available, no Kleenex in the rooms . Just body wash in the bathroom , no hand soap for sink or shower or shampoo or conditioner. The bed had only a sheet so we asked and got a thin throw blanket to put on top. Only a few hanger to hang up your clothes. The beach restaurant was really good but slow service. They announced BBQ night on the board and when we got there it was curry chicken but cooked on the BBQ. We ate out every night.there is a good Italian next door and excellent little place called Plazita De Lima. Delicious. The beach always had enough chairs , you didn’t have to go out early and put towels down. It is all rock shell and coral you have to wear water shoes to get in and out and the best place is marked with a yellow rock that says enter. This place has the BEST snorkeling right off the beach. A lot of fish to see just at your waist and more to the right by the large rocks in the water.

We were moved 3 times due to room issues. I appreciate the attempt to adjust things, broken air conditioner, wrong number of beds, etc., but it was not relaxing to pack up and move constantly. We did not find the island as easy to get around as the staff said it was. They suggested we walk across the street to another hotel for massages since they didn’t offer any spa services. It was a 15 min walk in the dirt. Not relaxing. We did rent a car a couple days. You could not get groceries without one. They said it was a quick walk again. No one could walk and get groceries in that heat. The bar drinks were all syrup mixes no matter what you ordered. Otherwise it was fine. The food was edible but not great. No valet or bag help. The lazy River is so lazy it barely moves. The one tiny slide stops half way down. Not great for kids. The private beach was nice and beautiful views.

Loved the resort but was surprised when we pulled in to park and was told good luck I think the parking is full. Desk was very helpful and cleaning of the rooms was good. The food is great but found that some of the people working at beach restaurant would rather talk to each other than take an order. Loved the lazy river. Enjoyed being able to have our fresh catch cooked by Mateo. The next day we had the other chef cook our fish. It was great. We will be back. Thanks for our 5th wonderful trip to Bonaire
