The location was very accommodating. The convenience store downstairs and walking access to the train. The breakfast buffet offered great options for kids. The staff is helpful and friendly.

Clean, bright, well kept. I think this hotel is only 4 or 5 years old so everything is in fantastic shape. There's a 24/7 convenience store, taxi stand and bus stand next to it. Friendly staff. Would stay here again

The room was excellent. Staff were courteous and efficient. Location was not too far from train station. However, the sidewalk towards hotel was not ideal for walking with luggage...uneven and some with cobblestones. Should place some signs at train station to direct guests to hotel

It was a really nice property. The bed was comfortable, hotel room was clean and I’d recommend staying here. The room was quiet and the general area around the hotel. The room had Type C-F sockets and USB sockets however, about 4 of them didn’t seem to work, tested a few devices / cable on them too. The bins don’t have plastic bags in them so it was a little hard to put rubbish (teabags) in them so tried to fold with tissue to minimise mess. There was green tea in the room but no spoon or anything like that to stir the cups. These are only really small things, honestly, I’d book here again in a heartbeat. Staff are really friendly and their English is amazing.

einfaches Business-Hotel, gute Zimmerausstattung und Aussicht. Das nahegelegene Einkaufshaus ist nicht gut besucht. Man kann jedoch mit dem Taxi gut an die verschiedenen Orte reisen, an denen in Busan etwas läuft.

The beds were not very comfortable and generally if you are coming as a tourist I think this area is not where you would want to stay. A nice business hotel and the staff is very nice and helpful.

This hotel was lovely! Our mountainview room was so comfortable and the view was gorgeous. The hotel is extremely clean and well-updated. The bed was very comfortable, air conditioning worked fine, and the size of the room was better than expected. Because everything was closed due to the holiday, we ate all meals in the Cube (breakfast buffet) and the Sky Restaurant, which were both very nice. Would have liked and automatic dining discount since we were staying in the hotel, though.

As soon as you reach the room floors you notice the smell of old, dirty carpet. Our bathroom tiles had mildew and the shower door is cut close to the floor which did not allow for a bath mat. The bath towels are more rags than towels. This hotel should not be rated 4 stars
