The owner of this property was second to none. He was very helpful and resourceful and gave us all of the insight into things to do in incheon. He made our trip a great experience! The hotel was also clean and every staff member was very helpful. It’s very clear the staff follows the owners lead in caring for its guests.

Our first time to Incheon. We didnt know the area, we booked for the ocean view. We were thrilled to learn of all the shops and restaurants behind the hotel on the boardwalk. We walked to Chinatown then road the little monorail back, it was great. We also toured the cultural park that is across the street. This hotel and surrounding area turned out to be the highlight of our stay in Korea. The staff was very helpful as well. They didnt speak a lot of english, but google translate helped. They served a great breakfast each morning. We would stay here again.

The staff was absolutely fabulous! They helped me find my way around. Once a staff member escorted me to my destination, in the rain, on the bus, on her lunch hour!
I would give this place a higher rating but I think they would raise the price if they knew how great this place was.

I never experience any hotel that has no coffee or tea provided to guests. The housekeeping is not doing a good job. We got toothbrush and shaver left behind by the previous guest in the bathroom right on the day we occupied the room. We requested for make up room everyday. We stayed for 3 nights. On the day that we checkout. That 2 items were still there.

Not what I expected. Convenient location, but there are smoking rooms so through the air vents you start to get a smell. They don’t have a formal airport transfer, they just offered to call a taxi. Their rooftop is lovely but it’s just seating (byob). I enjoyed their little convenience store. Very basic.

Mostly liked the hotel, with the exception of the tub without shower curtain (normal in S Korea). So it was little hard to take shower. But other than that overall good stay at this hotel, near the boardwalk and easy to get around to Chinatown and other stuff to do.

There is no breakfast and it's very hard to find a place to eat breakfast. You have to know korean to live a comfortable life there.

A great hotel for the price. I checked in late and the front desk staff person was awesome. He gave me a sandwich when I told him I was starving after the long trip. It was a very comfortable stay and great location, next to an amusement park.

Great overall value, quiet, comfortable. Friendly but limited English-speaking staff. Very close to restaurants on boardwalk but very little diversity beyond seafood. Chinatown nearby by bus 10 minutes for more variety.

Room was small but comfortable. Needed to adjust to not having shower curtain, but had a nice bidet. Beds were nice and firm with clean linen. Location was away from most of the sounds from the amusement/theme park. Good location with many sites to visit.

The hotel was nice and the staff were very friendly but it was really far from the airport which was a bummer. There was a lot of traffic on the evening of my arrival so it took over an hour to get there by taxi and cost me quite a bit. The room was big, clean and well supplied, but there were mosquitoes inside the room already when I got there. I used the mosquito spray that was supplied but I still got bitten on my face and body several times overnight. The following morning, the staff were very helpful in getting me get a taxi to the airport to catch my train but again it cost me a lot to get there.
