Busan City Hotel

Very close to subway station and many restaurants nearby Calm and very clean bed room and bath room

Really nice rooms, clean accommodations and great value for the downtown Busan area.

부산 비지니스호텔은 항상 부산 방문할 때마다 이용하는 곳입니다. 다 좋은데 이번에 특히 리셉션 직원분들이 정말 친절하셔서 좋았네요. 이 정도 가격에 이 정도 서비스면 말 다했죠.

Clean, convenient location with very good selection of restaurant in the area.

Spotlessly clean and comfortable hotel. Spacious room and fabulous shower. Equipped with a safe which is always a bonus in my opinion. Pleasant reception staff. Air conditioning quite noisy especially if you are a light sleeper.

When the air conditioner reached the set temperature, it turned off and the temperature rose.

위치는 편리하고 건물은 신축이라 넓고 꺠끗했습니다. 안내데스크 여직원이 불친절하였고 객실 에어컨 청소가 되지 않아 먼지랑 곰팡이가 그대로 보였습니다.

다 좋았어요! 다음에도 투숙하려구요.

Perfect stay! It’s not near tourist spots but easy to get transportation. Parking is pretty easy. Enjoyed the fitness center as well! Room was clean and so comfortable.

I liked that there was amenities we could use and the front desk receptionist were very helpful whenever we needed anything. The place is also near nice restaurants and other parts of the city. I would stay at this hotel again.

Staffs are willing to deliver assistance, highly appreciate efforts they paid for attempting solving problems. However, the air conditioning is a disaster. Worst experience was automatically switching off every one to two hours. Unable to adjust temperature, again goes off suddenly once exceeds 23degree. Fail to reach front desk several times because the phone was not properly connected. You have to present yourself personally at lobby to seek for help.

The room was specious for 4people and I really liked the unit have separate living room! Also very friendly staff and very reasonable price for all of that.

This hotel had an excellent breakfast and outstanding fitness center was exceptionally clean and the rooms were large and very comfortable. Staff was helpful. The location is a bit far from the top tourist areas but most of them can be reached in 30 minutes or so with a cab.

I liked that it was near amazing dining spots

The room was clean and provided with all the usual amenities, as expected. Basically a business person’s hotel, near the town hall. Luckily, that puts it on the main subway line to the more touristy areas. Lots of restaurants and convenience stores nearby. A good place to stay at a reasonable price, as long as you are OK with using the subway to get around.

I would absolutely stay at Busan City Hotel again. Extremely warm staff, clean rooms, great amenities, quiet, and within walking distance of many convenience stores and eateries.

Will stay here every time I’m in Busan!
