Air conditioning in rooms is DISABLED from 22:00 until 10:00. It is not broken. It is disabled on purpose. I paid for one of the better rooms with lake view. Yet the temperature at night was 24.4° C. I was unable to sleep entire night. I complained bitterly about it and praci begged them to turn it on. The most they did was give me a fan and offer me a room that was 24.3°C. The list of amenties did not indicate this. They did not tell me during check in. The person in charge did not give me the name of manager so I could formally complain. I am quite unhappy that I was lied to during the purchase. Had I known I would have selected another hotel and been able to sleep. I had to ride my bike 70 miles on basically 2 hours of sleep...quite dangerous. The front desk guy smiled said "Sorry about the misunderstanding" as if it was my fault. I corrected him by saying "it is a lie, not a misunderstanding"...to which he reluctantly admitted. Look at all my other reviews of hotels in South Korea...all 5 star, zero complaints. This was by far the worst hotel I stayed at in South Korea.

깨끗하고 친절해서 매우 만족

가족여행으로 1박2일 했고, 조식 괜찮다고 해서 왔습니다. 몰라서 스탠다드 룸으로 골랐는데 시티뷰라서 ㅠㅠ 쪼금 아쉬웠지만 다음에는 꼭 호수 뷰 되는 룸으로 예약할게요. 체크인할 때도 체크아웃 할 때도 너무 친절하게 도와주셨고 방 상태 매우 괜찮았습니다. 콘센트 많아서 잘 썼네요. 조식 기대했던만큼 만족스러웠습니다. 계란 좋아하는 사람들에겐 천국이네요 ㅋㅋ 스크램블, 후라이, 삶은 계란, 오믈렛... 잔뜩 먹었습니다. 리필해주시는 드립커피도 부드럽고 좋았어요. 부모님도 만족하셔서 다음에 또 방문하려고 합니다.

28개월 아이랑 처음으로 여행을 다녀왔어요 아이랑 가는데도 불편함이 없었던 호텔이었네요 무엇보다 직원분들이 다들 친절하셔서 더 좋았던 것 같아요 룸서비스도 넘 깔끔하게 훌륭하게 잘 나오고 조식도 완벽했어요 친절하고 청결하면 호텔은 최고라고 생각하는데 완벽히 부합했어요

무난하게 좋음

청결한 방도 좋았고 20층 라운지와 짐에서 보는 야경이 참 이뻤습니다.

직원분도 친절하고, 조용해서 휴식하기 좋은 호텔이라 아들 휴가때마다 숙박하는 곳입니다 이번엔 가족들 모두 출동해서 방을 두개 예약했는데 모두 만족했어요~

세종에 지인이 있어서 하루 묶었는데 일단 직원분들이 매우 친절하였습니다. 위치도 호수 옆이라 좋았고 다만 뷰가 아쉬운점이 있지만 크게 신경쓰지 않았네요. 근처에 박물관이나 도서관도 크게 자리 잡고 있어서 좋았습니다
