Golden Pond Guest House

Simple and cozy guesthouse, probably one of the cheaper options in Seoul located near a subway (Hyehwa) and surrounded by a million coffee shops and good restaurants. The staff, mostly workawayers from all iver the world, were very friendly and up for joint discovery of Seoul and the surrounding areas. There is free toast and jam available, shared bathroom and showers but no towels (maybe upon request).

I enjoyed the stay there. It was cozy, clean, very functional and the staff was nice. Also its situated next to Daehak~Ro so many restaurants and bars are near.

Nice guesthouse with seats on the 2nd level to chill. Conveniently located at Hyehwa, 5 mins walk from the metro.

Good guesthouse in a good neighborhood. The owner is very warm and nice. There is also a cafe within the guesthouse.

It is soooo hard to find. Keep your eyes on the left side of the street. Less than friendly staff. Basic toiletries. Simple. Cheap. No cards were accepted
