Very friendly staff,beautiful decorations,very clean however carpet need some work done and bathroom need hooks to hang personal items and towels..

It has all the things you need in one place. Restaurants, coffee shops, bakery shops, entertainment, etc. Even though it feels far from central Seoul its easy to get around from the hotel. Asides from noise from other rooms from the toilet (when flushing) everything was good and staff is very helpful!
