I lived in Hill Condo Tower C, it is nearby the gondola to go to Valley Condo and Mountain Condo.
Room is good and big. The room for 5 people. Cook facilities are well prepared.
Foreign guests can get the discount coupon at mountain check in station, However, it is a bit far away by walk from mountain condo, no issue for the guests who drive to High 1.
Restaurant and food car are good. Special the local food next to mountain condo.
The room can online check in, however, it seems good for Local people only. It is good if more information to share about online check in.
Anyway, We have few nice day at the resort.

Been to all but 3 Korean ski resorts and so far High1 is the best. Americans, please represent us well! Please try to learn a little about Korean language & culture before visiting. It goes a long way with Koreans.

The "Room Random Sorting" means that your check-in time would be 6pm (what they call C-type). When you get there at 6pm, only bad rooms would be available.

Extremely uncomfortable beds. Not able to control the heat...and it was terribly hot. The kitchen has very basic stuff, but is not set up for westerners at all. No forks.
Bathroom needs some maintenance and had mold along the tiles.
Location was good. Upon check in, they provide a nice coupon book which includes 40% off lift tickets. We didn’t know this and had already purchased our tickets.
Check in was very smooth and service was nice.

We stayed in Block A which was just next to to ski base. Very convenient.
There is a CU convenience store in Block B which is connected to Block A. Convenient too!
Towels provided in the rooms - came only with 1 bath towel & 3 other hand towels for 4 of us. Didn’t quite understand the logic of this.

Hill condominium in High 1 resort. Extremely poor location for those not driving. Zero facility on site. Toilet was blocked for 3 days. Staff came to fix 3 times but not working at all. Didn’t even bother to clean up after each fix. Extremely poor service.

High1 Condominium was not easy to find when we used a navigator because the new address written on the website was incorrect. However the room was much better than expected. There were some damages on interiors but in general, the room was clean, nice and well organized. I would like to stay at this hotel again when I plan to be here.

The only downside was their check in counter which was quite a walking distance down at a seperated carpark. You alight at the property but you have to walk a few distance to their check in counter/ office. Room is spacious but the ondol room gets too heated after awhile. Good location if you want to ski as it's connected to the ski house.

Overall is good, but the Check-in counter is around 5 min walking distance from any of the condo building, which is quite inconvenience. You can ONLY check-in after 14:30, as their system is not available before that, and so it will queue up a bunch of people waiting in the check-in counter before 14:30.
Also, even if you stay for 5 nights, there won't be any housekeeping service provided. Housekeeping lady will only provide you new towels every evening.
Location-wise, it's not as good as the Valley Condo, where you may walk down to the Gohan town in 10 min.
