Huge and beautiful hotel, we loved it, I wished that there was a convenient store on the property to buy something’s we needed or wanted. There wasn’t much food options for kids, the choices for a real meal is a very pricy buffet (looks good but too expensive for picky eaters), Chinese food (tasty), and expensive “western” restaurant on the 23rd floor (good, but again, expensive). I wish that the Japanese restaurant was still open. The hanok cafe was gorgeous. Rooms were great. Two twins were spacious enough for a small family. Great overall, and we will definitely be back.

Everything is very secure and clean, and the in room dining is delicious. The location is great—really enjoyed the mountains and walking trails nearby.

They charge for everything, but you are on vacation so make sure you planned for that. The staff was so wonderful and they upgraded our room so we decided to stay another night. The buffet is just heavenly, but not cheap, plan to stay a while to enjoy everything. We did not go to the Casino, but we did the water park. Even in the winter, the waterpark was perfect.

We stayed to ski at the High1 resort: the hotel is only 5 minutes drive away, and is a reasonable alternative if you cannot book a room at the ski condo. The room was very clean and well equipped.

Great location with very convenient to and from the lifts. Rooms were spacious, clean, and as advertised. Only downside were the amenities were a bit lacking (eg pool closes at 6pm and is separately paid for) and the food and entertainment options pretty limited across the board

A great hotel for family. There is an ice-skating rink (in winter), a casino and a ski resort nearby. Frequent free shuttle bus services make it very convenient to go to ski lifts, and Gohan and Sabuk for food. And there are fireworks and special buffets at Christmas.
