Great little spot tucked away in the quieter part of Hongdae, only short walk to get to the lively spots.
Rooms are basic, but nice with complementary charger and fridge, if you just need a place to test during your sightseeing this is a great spot.
Communal area is cozy and has plenty of offerings for a quick morning snack and breakfast before you head out.
Access is by code, host greets and gets you squared away quickly.

My daughter and I had a good stay. She was impressed with breakfast with bagels, cereals, porridge, hardboil eggs, yoguart, and salad. The room is clean and quiet. We are very happy with the stay.

Overall had an enjoyable stay where the bed is very comfortable & breakfast is great. Location was near to Hongik University subway about 10 mins walk & connecting to Incheon Airport line too. Nearby a lot of restaurants & beauty outlets. Highly recommend due to the convenience around the guesthouse.

Breakfast is white bread, butter & jam — disappointing. Very expensive for quality, and it’s totally self serve. Only hand towels, no bath size towels! No room cleaning, no temperature control in room, no sheets!! (Bottom sheet is a quilt that shifts, so you’re on the bare (dirty) mattress)

We arrived late and the hosts waited patiently for us even though it was almost midnight, and even gave us a free upgrade of the room. It was a very good experience as this is our first time staying in a guesthouse, and we definitely will go back in the future if we need lodging at Hongdae. Thanks for the breakfast too!! ^__^

ゲスハの入口から2階へ上がるお庭の階段が石で、来た時はオーナーが持ってくれたから良かったけど、早朝便でチェックアウト後、手すりもなく、暗くてスーツケースを持ちながら降りるのがとても怖かった。雨の日は滑りやすいと思う。お部屋は清潔でタオルも分厚いとても良かった。部屋にトイレ・シャワー付きを選んだけど、専用ではあるが、部屋を出たところにトイレ・シャワーがあり、暗証番号をいちいち入れて出入りするのが、夜遅く・早朝にトイレに行くのも隣の部屋の人に気を使い、不便だった。隣の部屋の人は連日、夜中2時～3時頃帰ってきて、ずっと大きい声で話してうるさかった。
