Beautiful hotel and very friendly and helpful staff. The only downside was it not being near any subway stations. They did have a shuttle bus though. So that was good.

We chose Hotel Marinabay in Gimpo because of its convenient location near an outlet mall that was within walking distance, and it also provided a shuttle bus to the airport, which was a huge plus. The room was clean, and the staff was friendly and helpful throughout our stay. However, the breakfast was a bit of a letdown—average at best, and we wished there had been more variety in the food options. Overall, the convenience and comfort made for a decent stay, but an improved breakfast would enhance the experience.

Lovely hotel, but unless you're shopping at the nearby outlet mega malls, there's nothing to see or do within walking distance. Getting a taxi from Gimpo airport to the hotel was a challenge; most cabbies refused because the distance was too short to be profitable.

Our room had a leaking issue and untreated mold. The hotel was overcrowded with commercial tourist buses, which resulted in a lack of attention to customer service from the staff. It felt far from hospitable. There were no dining options available, only breakfast, which required prior registration by 10 PM. Transportation was very limited, making it feel like we were stranded in the middle of nowhere. I would not recommend this hotel.

Be careful when you make a reservation. There is no written notification my family can not access the pools. Only higer than Premiere class rooms can access the pools

Overall stay was ok. Gym doesn’t open until 8am, which was a shock. You have to upgrade or pay extra to use the pool which is a huge inconvenience and something the hotel should mention on their website or at the front desk. Beware there were alot of children, not a hotel or resort exclusively for adults.

employees are pretty unkind, and felt like motel. Swimming was okay but staff is extremely unkind. Requested 30mins late check out cuz kid was sleeping but they asked me pay extra $20, staying cost $60 but 30mins for $20? Unbelievable.

As foreign visitors who do not speak Korean, we had a terrible time getting help from the hotel for transportation. When I called and spoke in English asking for the shuttle information the front desk clerk hung up on me. I had to go to the airport help desk and have the attendant on duty use my phone to call the hotel back to get the information. The clerk informed us that the airport shuttle was not running. It was 1800. We had to stand in the rain to try to get a taxi. We found the correct taxi stand, but none of the taxis would take us to the hotel. We put in for an Uber and continued to try to get a taxi to take us to the hotel. We never found one. After 45 minutes of standing in the freezing December rain, we got a call from a wonderful Uber driver! Rather than having guests call the hotel to inquire about the shuttle times it should be posted on the website! We were able to take the shuttle to the airport the next day. It would have been amazing to have been able to catch it the night before.

Shocked by pool condition, which is not always complimentary. Couldn't get a single seat to leave my backs due to amazing number of people in amazingly small pool, which does not have a dedicated shower facility inside.
My kid was very interested in lillte train around the hotel but it has not worked for a long time without any prior notice. The manager was not even kind over my complaint.
Plus, breakfast quality was below average.

This is not good hotel for customers,especially foreign tourist. They have indoor and outdoor swimming pool and hotel guest has to pay $25.00 per day per guest.If you go indoor and outdoor,you have to pay $50.00. This is ridiculous. Even service is not too good.. not recommend for hotel.com customers

Room was comfortable and good to view riverside. Although restaurant was only one around the hotel, you can walk to shopping mall by riverside for all kinds of food. Pool was small with a lot of kids. Kid playroom was also entertaining. My kids really enjoyed VR experiences with free Karaoke. It was lovely weekend.
