small room but clean, very nice owner with integrity, went extra miles for me, he has a guesthouse by Seoul Station(3-4 min walking distance), too, the same name , R Guesthouse, if anyone interested.

Really nice guesthouse. They even went extra mile when we requested for iron. Really appreciate it. We love the location, very near to Ikseon-dong and Jongno-3-ga subway station.

Loved how close we were to everything! Location is very ideal we found! Room size was not bad at all compared to other places! Room could use a good cleaning there was a lot of dirt and dust everywhere even found some on the corner of our bed when we checked in, bathroom had some mould and there are no elevators so had to carry all our luggage up and down the stairs. I think with some renovations this place would be excellent! Would comeback for the location 😊

La location du logement est très très très bien, mais par contre les chambres sont très médiocres notamment les salle de bain avec de la moisissure… j’ai eu un soucis et je les ai contacté par mail on m’a très rapidement trouvé une solution. Je les remercie pour ça car sinon mon séjour aurait été un désastre.. le logement est proche de tout et de plusieurs stations. Il est bien pour des personnes qui visites Séoul et qui rentre seulement pour dormir. Choisissez une chambre supérieure pour avoir « une fenêtre » sinon vous serez au RDC sans fenêtre !

The hostel is in a great location, in ikseoongdon and close to many restaurants, shops and cafes. Two very comfortable metro line are at 5 min walk. The property has a good shared area. The rooms are spacious enough but the cleanliness was not the best. The rooms are not soundproofed. I will still remember everything as a good experience!

駅から近いですが、3号線と5号線と1号線の出口があるので、駅の中で迷わなければとても近いです。地上に上がればそれぞれの出口は遠くないので駅の中グルグルするより、地上に出た方が早かった様に思います。

周りが最近若者に人気が有る場所らしく特に夜10時過ぎには道路にまでテーブルを置いて大瀬な若者や外国人が集まって居て、情報が無かったので地下から出たらびっくりしてしまいましたが、地下鉄駅も近く便利でした
