INSPIRE Entertainment Resort

For a large property, inspire was cozy and welcoming. The staff were friendly and welcoming at check in and concierge services. Rooms were cleaned well with disturbing us.

The instructions to the shuttle bus was not clear. The stations are in the middle pick up area with the taxis but are on each end of the airport. I had to ask him to put my luggage on the bottom. The shuttle doesn’t provide wifi even though the drive is pretty long to go to the hotel. ( Grand Hyatt’s shuttle had free wifi ) …it’s about a 20 minute ride from Terminal 1. If you have a flight in the morning before 8am, there is no free shuttle to the airport even though the front desk is 24 hours. I arrived too late at 8:40pm to see anything like the ceiling show. There was some cool artwork. There’s a CU and even Olive Young on the first floor. I didn’t get a chance to swim, but the is a great place to stay with family. I am traveling solo. As soon as I got in, someone escorted me to the check in. The front desk forgot to give my credit card back, just an FYI. Also, they’ll hold 100,000 won as a deposit. The part that really made me feel uncomfortable was the hallway. I’m not sure what the smell is in the hallway. It doesn’t smell clean but I believe it was carpet cleaner and it got moldy? Overall, I wouldn’t recommend this place for an overnight. I would recommend this place for travelers with kids or couples.

Beautiful hotel with everything you need

Amazing property! Great service for the front desk staff.

Vegas style extravagant, spacious and beautifully designed rooms, plenty of dining options. Food court is amazing. Media arts out of this world.

Beautiful property, but it was very inconvenient to go to the indoor pool from Ocean tower. There was no direct access and we had to walk around the shopping area to go around the building to enter.

Very nice report, spacious rooms, great dining options. One issue is the limited number of elevators. It is full during checkout and check in times.

Everything is excellent.

The resort is beautiful and the aurora show is incredible. We stayed just one night which was perfect. We didn’t test out the pool or casino but food area was done really nicely and good couple of shops dotted around. Le space in the resort was also amazing.

Overall the resort staffs are very friendly, speaks fluent English and always with a smile. My room excess cards doesn't work so i went down to the reception again. One of the male staff who is standing nearby the check-in counter was very helpful and kind. He assisted me by walking me up to lift and room to double check excess cards. He was very considerable to advise me to stay in the room and he will walk (quite far and its a long walk) back to reception and send me new cards later. The main attractions was the AURORA with LED display showcasing surreal imagery, ROTUNDA, INSPIRE Wonders and SPLASH Bay. We went during the Chuseok day and it was a long holiday hence Inspire was so croweded with people. Looking for food was a unpleasant experience, very long que, many restaurants run out of food and ingredients during lunch time & dinner time, and also they close at 8pm. So it was hard to find food if you are late. So you might need to consider to get your food at the restaurants with bar. So we ended up having Fried Chicken at Hi-Fi Chicken & Beer

Imagination unfolds into arrays of versatility and dynamics in sophisticated ways. My stay has inspired me into a different level of mind blowing experiences. It is above and beyond.

Check in process took too long, more than a hour wait

I saw many bad reviews or comparison with the Paradise(stayed there before) but I really liked this place. It has its own charm and if you want to experience North America Vegas feeling, this is the place. Pleasant stay!

Awesome experience! Will definitely visit again in near future for gateway trip!
