Jinju Hotel Pop

Booked last minute during a holiday when there was hardly anything available in the city. I was scared going in based on all the negative reviews, but this place beat all expectations. The rooms aren't 5 star luxury, but everything was completely fine. The location is fantastic and walkable to many of the main sights. It's in a neighborhood with lots of nightlife, although the immediate area is dominated by LGBT bars. The rooms were clean and much bigger than expected. AC and shower both worked great. We were able to check in late in the middle of the night with no issue. A great stay overall.

I had a pleasant experience in my 4 night stay at this hotel. The receptionist was friendly and polite and spoke 3 languages (english, chinese, Korean). The room was huge and clean. So many amenities were provided like 4 towels daily and free mineral water. Also, the room had a high tech toilet that warms the toilet seat (japanese style) and provided free amenities like hair straightener, hair dryer, body lotion, hair spray, rubber band, comb etc free of charge. Also, the TV was huge and had Netflix and a good sound system. There was also a working PC in my room too. The room was clean and quiet. Overall, I had a pleasant stay at the hotel and was impressed by the free amenities provided and how value for money it was. I would definitely stay in this hotel again if I visit Seoul. Would recommend.

Best customer service, very clean rooms. I had a great stay here

Booked online and I can't believe how much we paid for this hotel. The amenities were less than expected. The staff was awkward. The cleaning staff walked into our room while we were still in bed even though he should have seen our shoes at the door before he opened it. I did appreciate the free popcorn in the lobby. But the wifi didn't work. We complained about the wifi but it was not fixed. We complained about the cleaning guy walking in on us and they just said it was a mistake.

Very dirty, rusty bathroom, unclean sheets. The bathtub has water builtup from a constantly leaking faucet. From the hallway you can hear what people are doing in thier rooms. In your room you can hear people in the hallway as clear as day. Great location, but thats all.
