The surrounding nature is very beautiful, The room is old, and the cleaning is very bad.
The outdoor area has a good environment, the swimming pool is nice, but you have to pay a price. Everything must be paid for with an assessment, such as children's water toys.

I will rate our stay with 7/10. The room was clean but what we didn't like with our stay was the "futton bed" that was given to us. It was too thin that it's almost just as thick as a comforter. We were expecting like a thick foam. The breakfast buffet was ok but we were expecting more since it's Ashley's. It says, American breakfast so we were expecting to have bacon but none. Another thing, it was our first time to experience in a resort style hotel here in Korea where the guests are in charge to throw their garbage outside the hotel.

Building and facilities are old but the surrounding area with valley, swimming pool, playground, mini libraries, barbecue, animal farm etc are extremely enjoyable for kids. Didnt like the room but loved the outdoors

위치도 좋고 주변 환경도 좋지만 위생 상태가..
그릇 상태가 깨끗하지 않고, 객실에서 다수 벌레 출현. 베개에 곰팡이 자국 충격.
켄싱턴 계열은 평창, 제주 서귀포, 하동까지 다 가봤는데 이 정도로 깨끗하지 않은 곳은 처음임.
그리고 1층 카페도 너무 더움.
주문도 누락하고..
이번 가평점은 전체적으로 아쉽고, 재방문은 꺼려질 듯함.

아이들 데리고 방학하자마자 다녀왔어요. 성수기라 평소보다 가격이 많이 비쌌지만 멀지않고 야외수영장도 있어 선택했구요. 체크인전에도 수영장은 숙박할인 적용받을 수 있어서 할인가로 이용했어요. 수영장은 놀기에 충분하고 좋았지만 탈의실은 최악이었어요. 제발 개선좀… 저녁 바베큐 이용했고 기대 크게안했는대 퀄리티 구성 양 모두다 너무 괜찮았어요. 아침조식도 가성비 너무 만족했어요. 직원들 다 친절하시고 여러가지로 경치도 좋고 괜찮운 리조트지만 엘리베이터 만원으로 여러번 패스해야했고 객실 청결은 좀 더 신경쓰셔야할것같아요.
