급하게 예약해서 가게된 리조트 였는데 저희가 있던 방은 조금 너후되긴 했는데요 좋은 뷰와 깨끗한 컨디션이 좋았습니다.
-노을이 아름다워요
-수영장 풀이 많아서 좋아요
-콘도 형식이라 편했어요
-편의시설이 좋아요
-요트 재밋었어요
또 여수에 오면 방문해 보겠습니다.
수영장에 썬배드가 없는게 조금 아쉬웠지만 요트 패키지, 가성비 좋은 리조트였습니다.

평일에 방문해서 좀 더 저렴하게 다녀왔어요 : )
풀장도 너무 이뿌고 아이들이 모두 들어갈 수 있어서 좋더라구요, 시설자체가 잘되어 있어서 편안하게 즐기긴 했지만 제가 묵은 H동은 습한 냄새가 좀 올라와서 불편하긴 했지만 그래도 이만한 가격으로 잘 지내고 왔습니다

온수풀이 있어서 춥지 않게 물놀이를 할 수 있어서 좋았다. 객실은 넓고 깨끗했다. 6인실에는 TV가 2대나 있고 문으로 구분이 되어 있어서 좋았다. 대가족이 여행오기에 매우 적합하다.

대리석 바닥이라 아기가 넘어질수 있고 별도의 침구도 제공되지 않았습니다. 벽지가 좀 뜯겨 있다던지 선정리가 안되었다던지 등 룸의 상태가 좋다고 생각 되진 않았네요. 수영장과 워터파크는 뷰도 좋고 아이들이 놀기 좋다 느껴졌습니다. 다만 탈의실이 로비에 멀리 떨어져있어 불편했고, 9월 이후 레스토랑등 100퍼센트 서비스가 제공이 되지않는데 가격우 성수기와 비슷한 부분은 잘 이해가 되지 않았습니다

The room was very well maintained and the view from the balcony was immaculate. There were also plenty of facilities on-site and it was not too far from the city center.
However, there is no reason to start blasting EDM music by the pool at 9:00am. In addition, it was disappointing to have to pay extra just to use the pools.

The property views were great! Overall property will be nice once all of the upgrades are completed. No VIP perks- Gifts or Upgrades are given. Breakfast is extremely limited to x2 types of Korean soup only. Pool access is a 24,000 Won daily surcharge per guest that can add up quickly with a family, not included in the room charge. Check-in is exactly at 3 PM, no early check-in. Sheets are not changed daily and towels are very small. Property has small cosmetic issues like cracked tiles, unfinished room terrace area and landscaping needs. Outdoor pool area is also in need of additional cleaning and the pool is not maintained as it should be (Mold in corners, pool sweep and skimmer needed).

There are no bath towels on site, not in the room and not even at the pool. They make you pay for it! Bath robes are charged too! Never stayed at a hotel in my life where towels are chargeable. Also, front office lady doesn’t speak English and had to get assistance...

침실이나 기타 시설은 만족스러웠지만...
화장실 악취를 제거하기위해 2박동안 여러번 청소를 진행했지만 악취는 안사라졌습니다.

메이크업룸 버튼도 안보이고, 개인휴대전화로 프론트와 연락할 수 있어서 불편했습니다. 깨끗했지만 기다란 화장실 구조, 지상에서 엘레베이터를 타고 내려가야하는 방들이 많았는데 이용하기 낯설고 불편한 점이 많았어요.

오랫동안 라테라스 자주 애용했었는데, 앞으로는 다른 숙소를 가려고 합니다. 1. 수영장 수질이 너무 안좋습니다. 관리가 너무 안되는 것 같아요. 아이와 함께 하는 여행인데, 참...아쉬웠습니다. 갈수록 안좋아지는 것 같아요. 2. 수영장 라이프가드? 분들은 젊은 나이라서 이해는 가지만, 친절함 좀 갖춰줬으면 좋겠습니다.
3. 수영장 이용금액이 어른, 아이 상관없이 한명당 37000원이네요. 너무 비쌉니다.
개인적으로 좋아하는 숙소였는데, 이번에 가서 수영장 수질을 보고 정말 많이 아쉬웠네요 ㅜㅜ

너무 기대했던 숙소인데 수영장이 여러개인거는 좋았지만 수질이 최악입니다.. 특히 아이들 노는 온수물 정말 더럽다 라는 표현이 맞을 정도로 관리가 안되고있습니다
침대 매트리스도 별로라 허리아팠고 욕실 슬리퍼 없어 매우 불편했습니다
직원들 서비스는 좋으나 재방문은 안할꺼같네요
