The best thing about my stay was the concierge staff, they really helped me decide where to go and how to get there! Great assistance to see as much of Jeju as I could over 3-4 days, special thanks for help by Mr. Kim and Ms. Kang.

Here are some of the reasons that made the hotel stay uncomfortable: the AC thermostat in the room does not work, not enough electrical outlet, no hook or a convenient way to hang the towels after shower, no shower curtain or shower door to keep bathroom floor dry after each shower, the shower walls have mildew, and 2 pillows in the room. And it was disappointing to learn that the swimming pool and fitness center are available but not free. The few reasons I would return to the hotel next time would be for the convenience of the nearby restaurants and shops as wells as onsite and for the friendly and professional service.

We stayed at Maison Glad Jeju for 5 days and though the hotel was clean and quiet, our hotel room would sometimes heat up to 26 degrees. We had called the front desk twice. The first time, they said that maintainence would come up and help and they never did and the second time, they said they’d bring up a fan and they never did. It’s was annoyingly hot and we honestly were not impressed. Other than that, the stay was fine and location was convenient.

This was a decent hotel that was close to shopping and good eating options but at the same time close to airport and had a shuttle service to bring us back to hotel after we dropped off our rented car.

The hotel itself was great, and the room was great—extremely comfortable bed. The towels could be improved—poor quality. My only complaint was having to pay 45,000 won just to lay out at the pool for two hours. I’ve never stayed at or heard of a hotel charging guests to use the pool.
