숙소는 비교적 깨끗했으나 방에서 음식물 냄세(게 비린내)가 났습니다. 호텔측의 설명에 반입 금지 품목이었으나 지키지 않은 숙박객이 있었던 것 같습니다. 냄세를 빼느라 몇시간 문을 열어두고 있어습니다. 침대보에 이상한 얼룩이 있었는데 뭔지는 모르겠습니다. 세탁은 한 것인데 안지워진 것 같습니다. 체크아웃 시간이 다른 호텔보다 한시간 정보 빠른것 같아서 아침에 바쁘네요.
다른 부분은 전바적으로 만족합니다.

직원분들이 매우 친절하셨습니다. 확실히 연식은 느껴지나 관리가 잘 된 느낌이 들었어요. 객실도 전반적으로 깔끔했으나 화장실에 머리카락이 좀 보였습니다. 편의점이 일찍 닫는건 좀 아쉬웠어요. 조식도 나름 웬만히 있을거 다 있었습니다.

오래된 호텔이지만, 유지보수하려는 분들의 노력이 돋보이는 곳입니다. 로비의 메니저님 자세와 표정 말투 모두 손님맞으시는 분의 모습 그대로 모든 분을 친절하고 깍뜻한 자세로 맞아주셔서 처음부터 좋았습니다. 조식당의 직원분들 모두 싹싹하고 부지런합니다. 음식은 특별하지 않으나 부드럽고 간도 순합니다. 주차장에서 방이 올려다보이니 창의 아랫부분은 가림처리 하시면 좋을 것 같습니다. 차가 없이는 해변을 드나들기 어려운 문제가 있어서 혹시 셔틀 운행하면 도움이 될 것 같습니다. 바다뷰와 낙산사 산책에 최고의 위치입니다.

매년 여름 휴가로 속초를 가는데 ..낙산비취호텔 은 처음인데 아침 일출도 볼수 있고 너무좋아요

특별함은 없었어요.
무난한 정도였고 야외활동하다가 룸키를 1개 분실했는데 1만원 추가 비용을 받더라고ㅠ 1개는 서비스로 해주는 호텔도 많은데 좀 아쉬웠어요.
추가비용 1만원은 좀 비쌌구요.
조식은 하루만 먹고 싶었는데 그렇게 선택이 안돼서 연박이라 2번 다 조식을 할 수 밖에 없었어요.
이건 호텔 잘못보다는 호텔스닷컴 시스템을 개선 해야할 것 같아요.
조식은 가격대비 너무 부실했어요.

방 컨디션도 좋고 깔끔하게 관리되어 있음. 디자인도 10년전에는 완전최신이였고 지금도 전혀 촌스러워 보이지 않은 현대적인 방임. 4층 하늘정원에서 일출을 바로 볼 수 있다는 것과 낙산사에 바로 연결되어 바로 걸어갈 수 있는것 아주 큰 장점임. 다만 낙산해수욕장은 걸어갈 수는 있지만 고성쪽 해수욕장에 비해 오수냄새도 나는등 그다지 깨끗하지 않아서 몸 담그기는 좀 그래서 그닥 장점이 아니고, 호텔이 작아서 레스토랑이나 부대시설로만으로 재미있게 지내기 어려움. 방안에 수영복 널어둘 곳도 애매함.

싱글베드 2개 있는 객실이 너무 작어서 많이 불편했고 피트니스 룸에서 곰팡이 냄새가 심하게 나서 잠깐 있다가 나왔음.식당에서의 아침 조식은 좋았음. 낙산사 후문이랑 호텔이 바로 붙어 있었고 낙산 해수욕장도 걸어서 갈 수 있어서 아주 좋았음.다음 번엔 조금 더 큰 룸으로 이용 할 예정 임.

위치, 호텔 및 룸 컨디션 다 만족 스러웠습니다.
다만 주차장이 협소한 점,
체크인 시작 시간인 3시까지 기다렸다가 체크인을 진행하는 바람에 사람들이 협소한 로비에 기다려야 하는 불편함이 있습니다. 먼저 오신분들은 조금이라도 일찍 체크인을 진행하는 유연함이 있음 좋을 듯 합니다.
