I love this hotel. Receptionist are nice . Airport shuttle is convenient. Room is nice.
Only one thing to be improved! Restaurant is a bit pricy. The quality of food does not match its price. And since it is close to beach, i wish there are more local seafood optoons.

Stayed here before an early morning flight and was very impressed. The service was excellent, the hotel itself very beautiful and grounds were stunning to walk around. Very good amenities in the room and also found the on site convenience store very useful to grab anything we needed. Very impressed with our stay.

I arrived late one day and departed early the next day so I did not experience the hotel much. A small dinner at the hotel bar was OK. People seemed to enjoy the outdoor pool with warm water and snow nearby. The shuttle to the airport was on schedule. Nice views of the ocean, an island, and hills on the background.

They gave me a room across from the ice machine, after telling me that they arranged a quiet room requested for medical reasons. A man told two women to give me a room 2 floors lower than one arranged and did not provide any compensation or refund for making a sick person move all of the heavy stuff up in vain and come down again due to the problem they caused.
Room was small, and bathroom door was odd. One glass door could either cover the toilet or the bathroom. Bathroom was quite outdated for the price they charged.

From check in to check out, I had a great experience at the Nest hotel!
Staffs were very professional and friendly, clean, updated room. They have 24 hours open convenience store, room service available until 1 am, that helped my late time checked in. If I need to stay near ICN airport in the future, I'll definitely book this hotel again!

Love my deluxe twin room design, but it's really for couples with the semi-see through bathroom door. Not much near-by as it's located far out, but seems like a great get away for the locals, and it has other amenities that I didn't have a chance to try. Front desk staffs are great, but other hotel (same class) staff were a little more attentive and caring, just by comparison of my own experience.

Hotel is close to airport and offers a free bus transfer. It's a great overnight stay before or after a long haul flight - quiet, lovely water views, interesting architecture and gardens, good in house dining or short walk to local seafood restaurant cluster. Staff always helpful but not a lot of english is spoken so use your translator app.

We liked this hotel very much, particularly the fitness rooms and hot baths. What bothered me was having to pay to use the pool, which was not even so special, and especially having to pay to use a chair.
