Nothings bad about this place. I definitely will stay in the future.

There's a lady answering my call and not so service oriented, not sure because of the English. The service matches the room rate.

No staff to help or assist.

No staff at desk to deal with room issues. No internet for all four day stay and no main desk to take issues. Did finally contact person on second day and told them the problem in Korean, in one ear out the other. Still no internet.

This hotel has a water view and walking trails in front of hotel. Many dining options are available in the area. But this hotel has no hotel employees and check in with Kiosk only. Room is clean and equipped what the travelers need. But rooms needs more instructions in writing each controlled buttons. I had a on-dol room but I did not know how to control the temperature. I figured it out after I wake up several times at night. This is the reason I didn't give full 5 stars.

Our trip was great, your hotel is ok, but would have been better if there were people easily to get a hold if, at the front desk. Everything had to be done by cell phone or computer, we are old folks, but we were real happy with the room and the Ocean view. You need to add a couple of nice coffee cups to your room, those little cups were not coffee friendly… Overall, it was great.. We will come back in a couple of years…. Thank you

I was not impressed with this hotel at all. We only stayed one night but we didn't see an employee the time we were there. There was a kiosk for check in and check out. It had an english option but half of it was still in Korean. So I had to guess at the buttons to check in. But we got checked in and found our room. We were able to sign in to the wifi so we could use our translator. The sign said you had to sign up for the shuttle to the airport but no instructions on how to do that and no one at the front desk to ask. There was a phone on the front desk that had a button that said help but the phone didn't actually work. We didn't have cell service so we were unable to get a taxi to the airport and again no employees to ask for help. The shuttle returned from the airport run (which we weren't on because again no information) and so there was finally someone who ended up calling us a taxi. He was very friendly and helpful but we weren't even sure if he was an employee of the hotel or just a contracted service. Now I do understand I went to a country where I don't speak the language and it is not their responsibility to communicate for me but we stayed at two other hotels during our visit and managed with the assistance of the employees at those hotels. My complaint wasn't the language barrier but the lack of employees to even get more than the one towel that was in our room. We stayed in an Ocean View Deluxe King room and it was small but the view was great!

깨끗하고 맛집도 많고 객실내에서 바깥으로 난 바닷가 뷰로 일출도 보고 좋았습니다.

Next to various malls and restaurants. Elevators are few in numbers and slow, which take long time to move up and down though.

다 좋았고 무인운영되는곳이네요. 세탁기가 안에 있던데 전원이 안들어오더군요. 그것말곤 정말 깨끗하고 좋았습니다. 아 이불이 조금 두꺼워서 살짝 더웠네요

乗り継ぎのため仁川空港に深夜着、午前便で日本へ向かう際に親子3名で利用しました。 深夜のチェックアウトはレセプションに人がいないと知り不安でしたが、タッチパネルで問題なくチェックインできました。 深夜着のせいか周りに開いているお店はありません。（空港のコンビニは開いていました） お部屋は清潔で快適で、窓から仁川大橋が見えてとてもきれいでした。 到着日はタクシー利用、翌朝はシャトルバスで空港へ向かおうと思いましたが予約制とのことで利用できませんでした。 レセプションでタクシーを呼んでもらい空港に向かいましたが、出発して数分後、レセプションの方が私のスマホの置き忘れに気づき、タクシーのドライバーに電話をしてくれて、ホテルに引き返しスマホを受け取ることができました。 レセプションの方は日本語も英語も話せるとても優しい有能な方でした。 大変お世話になり、助けていただきありがとうございました。

숙소 완전 대만족입니다 ㅎㅎ 뷰도 완전 좋았어요!!

가성비 너무 만족하였습니다 룸의 청소컨디션 좋았는데 화장실은 설비적 문제로 냄새가 나는듯 했습니다 이런 뷰와 숙박비를 생각하면 너무나 좋은 컨디션이지만 화장실 냄새는 힘들었어요..ㅠㅠ
