Radiant Nampo Hotel

I've been really comfortable for six days.

Room was nice and area was good. No glasses/ cups in the room Checkin was incredibly stressful and difficult to arrange with poor communications.

Hotel is great. Clean, nice views and easy access to train station. Area around the hotel has many options to eat.

Clean, quiet and convenient. Walking distance to food and shopping. Although we didnt ask for daily cleaning of the room, the staff provided fresh towels, toilet paper and drinks. Easy check in and put via whatapps. For improvement, could provide more information in English on rubbish disposal.

Pristine and beautiful small studio-like.

Somehow I've given a room near to the night plaza where I can hear people singing karaoke at night. The sound proof window can't seem to work and also no mircrowave service, given only one small towel for 2 people, didn't do their house keeping daily. Room is not as spacious as it looks, the glass coffee table is dangerous as it can be separated from the legs and it's not visible.

Upon arrival to the outside building I was nervous that the room photos could be fake… but it really was as beautiful, if not more, than the photos. The room was clean, stylish, and beautiful. My ocean view absolutely blew me away. Check in was easy and I could walk to everything! Food just outside the hotel at night and again, the view blew my mind. I think I took about 10374629 pictures. 10/10 recommend!!!!!

Check in was a bit confusing but that was entirely my fault for reading the special instructions on booking confirmation. Otherwise, the room, which is really a one bed studio, was nice and clean and in a good location. I was happy enough, I extended my stay.

It’s contactless self check in which we weren’t aware or expecting for a hotel as it was not mentioned in the booking. Initially thought it was rather odd how the building is shared with another hotel on 3rd floor however to speak to front desk, you have to WhatsApp them for check in and check out and for other room requests. Other than that, hotel is nearby BIFF Square and Nampo shopping district, only thing is that the lobby and surrounding areas is a little sketchy, especially for solo female travellers. I recommend staying here with a partner just in case. Other than that, it is closer to Busan station but quite far if u intend to travel to haeundae areas to explore. So commute time is close to 1hr everywhere else.

チャガルチ駅の3番出口付近のエレベーターを上がって1分ほどなので立地は最高です。マンションの一室をホテル仕様となっているので、一般家庭の大きな冷凍冷蔵庫付きは初めてでした。 洗濯機、IHクッキングヒーターがついていましたが使用禁止で、使用できるのは電子ケトルのみでした。 宿泊日24時間前までに、メールなので連絡するとなっていましたがエクスペディアを通じてのメッセージはホテル側からのアドレスが伏せられていて———@———となって、そこを解消するために、かなりの時間がかかりました。 フロントが無いため、入国前に解決するためにもっとスムーズに出来ると、快適だと思います。 ホテルの1階にNaver、kakao、LINEのQRコードが有り、登録したので、次回はスムーズに使用させていただけると思います。 Wi-Fi、エアコン、テレビの使用方法を明記していただきたいです。 総合的に交通アクセス、立地、施設の環境が良いので、おすすめかな？と思います。

場所やホテル内は綺麗で何も不便はなかったです。 食べる所も周辺にいっぱいあり、良かったです。 テレビの操作やエアコンの操作が日本語で書いてあるとわかりやすいと思いました。

부산역에서 호텔이 가까운 위치하고 있어서 관광하기가 쉬워서 넘 좋고요 남포동 그리고 영도 태종대 서면 가기 편해서 굿굿굿👍👍👍 객실도 깨끗하고 화장실도 청결하고 온수도 잘 나오고 보일러도 잘 돌아가고 더울때는 에어컨을 틀어서 공기순환해서 있으면 완전 좋아요

Check-in plus que laborieux... aucun desk, tout doit se faire via messages. Anticipez votre arrivée si vous ne voulez pas rester à attendre dehors des heures! Proposer une chambre avec des services tels que le lave linge ou une plaque de cuisson c'est bien, si on a le droit de les utiliser. Ce qui n'est pas le cas ici alors que c'est pour ça que j'avais choisi cet établissement

한 빌딩에 코티스 더브리지 와 래디언트 남포가 같이 있었어요! 객실타입은 비슷할 것 같은데 래디언트가 더 저렴해요ㅎㅎ 위치도 너무 좋았고 역이랑도 버스정류장이랑도 가깝고, 유명한 자갈치포차거리랑 가까워서 화장실도 그냥 숙소로 다녀오고 너무 좋았습니다. 방 컨디션도 깨끗하고 좋았고, 방에 문제가 있어서 연락을 드렸는데, 빠른 대처가 좋았습니다. 다음 부산여행시에 또 방문 할 것 같아요! 비대면이지만 불편한 점이 없었습니다.

１つの建物にいくつものホテルが入っているので友人とホテルが近いねという話になり着いてみたら一緒でした笑　LINEでやり取りして当日チェックインすると言う流れも口コミを見てて数日前に知り、このサイト経由でGoogleマップで行ったところ一本違う道のホテルに辿り着きチェックインまでに相当時間がかかりました ホテルの内容自体は綺麗だし申し分ないのですがもう少し詳細を書いた方がいいと思います

Clean, comfortable, really good location right by the night markets and metro/bus station. Room was spacious with Planty of storage space.

看板が小さく分かりにくい。 普通のホテルではないのでサービスを求めてはいけない。 オンラインチェックインなので承知のうえでないと面倒に感じる。

フロントが無い無人対応のホテル チェックイン時は先に説明があった方が良いと思います。同一建物の中に3つの名前のホテルが存在します。それぞれにスマホでボーコードリーダーをスマホで読み取りLINEでやり取りします。玄関付近、警備室の横ら辺に分かりにくい紙が貼ってありますが、見落としそうです。 空港からタクシーで目的地にこのホテルまでナビに入れて貰おうとしましたが、反映されませんでした。 「チェックインはLINEでしかできない」と言う事を知らしめておいた方が他の方も分かりやすいと思いました。 あと、フロントが無いので、支払いはキャッシュでした。指定された場所に置きます。 チェックアウト後、荷物は預かってくれます。 LINEでやりとりします。 アメニティはほぼありません。 室内はとても綺麗です。 室内に日本語の説明が全くないので、テレビもYouTubeもネトフリ等も操作の仕方がわかりませんでした。
