Soi Hanok Stay

This is a really beautiful place, right in the middle of a ton of great restaurants, coffee shops and gift stores. Walking distance to many sights. Great amenities, comfortable beds, overall solid - such a unique stay.

Hanok, traditional Korean house. Walkable to lots of tourist attractions, food options and coffee shops. One of the bed was a bit too firm for me, but having all those options available was nice. Highly recommended.

I seldom take the time to write reviews, but I wholeheartedly recommend this stay. This hanok beautifully combines the charm of traditional Korean architecture with the comforts of modern living. Cant recommend Soi Hanoi enough for travelers in Gyeongju! Hanok (Korean traditional home) with a modern touch makes Soi Hanok a special and memorable place to stay in Gyeongju. Room is very clean and spacious, also quiet and private. Located very near Hwanglidangil so it’s very easy to get around Gyeongju’s famous spots from Soi Hanok. Highly recommend! Highly recommend!

The villa is very beautiful and centrally located. Since car is not allowed on the street in front of the villa, the host graciously pick us up on the corner, which is very, very close to the villa. It is a quiet street in the middle of the bustling area. Very pretty area with a lot of restaurants and cafes. Highinly recommended

Beautiful and huge room. We stayed at the annex building a couple mins away from the main hotel, and it was great. Very friendly host as well, would recommend to travellers going to Gyeongju. Do take note that the room on the annex is on the 2nd floor (stairs only), so for those who need easier access, the main hotel area might be better

I've been to Europe and many other countries, but among the lodgings I've stayed in, there's no place like Soi Hanok. It felt like I was inside an art installation, and I could feel the owner's delicate and considerate heart in everything provided, so I felt like I was treated well. We had the most wonderful stay at this property. It’s super comfortable, absolutely beautiful, and the location is perfect for exploring the town. The property owner was delightful, responsive, and accommodating. She really went the extra mile to ensure we had the best stay possible. I can’t recommend this property highly enough for anyone looking for a very nice place to stay in Gyeongju.

Great location and beautiful rooms.

The guesthouse is located in a very charming neighborhood with multiple stores and restaurants around it. The host met us at the street in front and gave us instructions on door locks and amenities. The room is roomy enough but it would have been nice if it also provides a small table and chairs to sit on (it has enough space for them) instead of just the 2 beds. The amenities are adequate except there’s only a small rack to hang a few pieces of clothing. Our friends had the bigger toom that costs $100 a day more and was roomier as well as having chairs to sit on but was the only room available. Renting the larger room would have been better and recommended

This is such an amazing place and I wish I could have stayed here much longer. The unit I stayed in was beautiful, with a mix of traditional Korean hanok surroundings and modern furnishings, including a comfortable bed, mini fridge, microwave, and speaker. The place was immaculate and came with nice touches of comforts, including coffee, tea, water, and ramen. The hostess was incredibly helpful, even though we had to use some online tools to help translate. The location was right in the middle of the charming old area, with restaurants and stores hidden around every corner.

I hope the room is flat than ups and down as this may un comfortable for some people
