We had trouble with ordering food and the receptionists were really helpful in helping us call up the restaurant and sort out our delivery. Highly recommend and the rooms are clean and large enough for 3 to 4 people.

Close to all attractions. staff was willing to show me how to use the kakao app to call taxi and how to get to places. Nice and clean room. Would stay again.

Overall great service and condition. Only downside was the restaurant. i only tried the breakfast buffet which I do not recommend. Food option is very limiting.

Overall, everything was fine except they should have an option to turn off the heater although it’s winter. We stayed on level 7 and the sounds and noise from the traffic was still very obvious.

The property was clean.
But issue is breakfast.
Foods are some what left from previous day.
Walked in the restaurant 7:05 am, right after the hotel open for breakfast but milk is almost gone, seemed previous days left over. Other food qualities were same.
Very blend dishes, not fresh.
Never going back. Not recommand at all.

Enjoyed staying at the property as it was conveniently located in Dongdaemun, specifically just outside exit 4 of Dongdaemun culture and history park station (there's an elevator which is a huge plus when you're bringing luggage). There are a few malls nearby (not glitzy like The Hyundai/ Lotte/ Shisegae), but with adequate shops to buy what you'd want form Korea. The Dongdaemun Design Plaza was also a surprising plus with the art/design exhibitions on display (helpful when the weather isn't so good for outdoor sightseeing).
Probably an improvement would be on the breakfast offerings. Would be great if there were changes day to day or perhaps a daily few special items that guests would be excited about.

Excellent customer service from reception staff during check in and checkout. I booked 2 rooms for the stay (8 nights in total), something is always missing from room service. Except for maybe 2 nights both rooms are either missing towels, slippers, pj sets, and/or cream sets. I wish the room service staff could be more attentive. Beware if you require accessibility the hotel expects guests to hand squeeze shampoo conditioner and body wash from hard plastic tubes (pumps are not available). I would not recommend this place for anyone travelling with seniors or have accessibility needs.

We liked the view especially with the high floor room that had a great view of DDP and the grass it has on its roof. Lots of food options nearby and close to subway station. Decent sized room and nice Bidet. Daughter liked the Pajamas provided. Water bottles appreciated. Had a currency exchange machine in lobby but otherwise didn't use any ammenities. Best place of 3 hotels we stayed in while visiting S. Korea.

Nice property. Had issues with the kiosk to check in and out. Staff was very helpful though. Convenient to have a microwave and laundry on property. Felt safe that one needed a room key to access the elevator and guest room floors....though it seemed unsafe you needed a room key to exit the emergency stairwell.

Great location, very close to subway elevator, wonderful customer service and housekeeping. Very clean, comfortable beds, reasonable size room for 2 people in separate beds. Check-in before midnight was a bit stressful due to out of our control flight delays but fortunately we made it with 1 minute to spare. Buffet breakfast was OK, decent selection of foods at discount price. Would definitely stay again.
