Beautifully beach front hotel , very walkable to the restaurants and lots of activities going on stage beach.
We were there during the film festival and there were live concert at the beach. Also there are several small bands playing at the beach daily, the vibe was so lively .
Room is clean, comfortable and we love the beach view from our room. There are restaurants and very nice bakery inside the hotel. The beach front bar has grand piano playing daily. Would try the buffet breakfast next time. We wouldn’t mind to stay longer.
Can’t wait to come back.

This hotel is a perfect hotel on Haeundae beach. Our room overlooked it and the view was spectacular. I would recommend the Westin Josun to anyone visiting Busan. The staff was always friendly, attentive and welcoming wherever we were in the hotel.

When I left the room, hotel employee enetered my room after 6pm even though it was not housekeeping time.
Iwas so shocked becaused I've never experienced that kind of hotel.
This hotel has problem on safety and privacy issuue.
I don't recommend this hotel anymore.
Hotel employees' mindset was really terrible.

The Westin is located directly on Haeundae beach, there is a door on the lower level that is open from 0800-0200 which takes you to the beach which has lifeguards and is swimmable in season.
Once checked in, if your entire trip is involving Haeundae Beach it is fully walkable from the hotel so no need to fuss about the bad Busan traffic or difficulty parking.
The breakfast buffet was nice and the hotel gives a chart estimating the crowds during the meal which seemed accurate. The selections for breakfast included a wide variety of western and Korean foods all of which were pretty good. The facilities on premises were all very nice, modern, and clean. We used the pool, gym, and the buffet breakfast.
The only negative I would give the property was parking, I only drove around the garage once and just decided to save time and utilize valet parking which was 30000 krw, worth the convenience.
Overall looking forward to my next overnight trip to Busan and will stay here again.

The staff was very unhelpful, even when it came to simple tasks. The check in and concierge staff worked incompetently, using up much of the limited time we had in the city trying to help us book a ticket to the most well known tourist attraction- the beach train/capsule. They made many mistakes and although we spoke the same language, there was a lack of communication skills on Westin’s end and we are very disappointed. We have never experienced a staff so unprepared and unskilled than Westin Josun in Busan.

My family and I stayed a few nights here while visiting busan and loved our room overlooking the beach. What a view to look out every morning and evening, great for people watching. The room
Overall was small but enough for two adults and a toddler. The room was clean and quiet overall and we enjoyed the breakfast buffet each morning (nice variety). The staff was helpful and welcoming and it was easy to grab an Uber or cab. The location is central to Haeundae beach and market and you can easily walk to many touristy spots and restaurants. There’s a few malls close by too and the attractions like the aquarium, sky capsule and temple by the sea aren’t too far by car or bus. Overall a great location and beachside hotel. There’s a 24 hour emart at the bottom too for any necessities. Would stay again!

A very nice hotel with quick and easy access to the beach. The attached 24hr e-mart shoppet was very convenient as well. Only negative is the expensive meals, which are easily off set with near by restaurants.

Excellent location and walking trails good for morning exercise. Hotel conditions is getting old, can’t expect too much from old hotel but love to stay. Breakfast is an excellent and services is excellent, staffs are very helpful.
