It was good service and near Myeongdong street.

The staff very helpful. The hotel location near to lot of tourist spot.

I order another room because I love to stay some nights here

Hotel located in strategic area, near to convenient store, restaurants, cafe and also olive young. All staffs very helpful and friendly. Such a good accommodation, well spent 👌

The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. Even helped book a taxi for us to move our luggage to our next hotel.

Overall good, the staff speaking english very well, very clean, the location is good. But no bidet haha andd my bathroom's door can't be closed properly:(but still 4.5/5

The hotel location is very strategic, the price is also very cheap for its location. The standard breakfast doesn't have too many choices but is very sufficient.

Located near Citihall station (4mins walk) and 13 mins walk to Myeongdong, the hotel is surrounded by restaurant, bars and convenience stores. Breakfast was simple, almost no meat except for sausages & bacon/ham and a little bit meat in the dumpling. Rooms were clean, even though the room cleaning policy says every 3 night for room cleaning, we can request for adhoc cleaning if required. No toothbrush & toothpaste as they are bad for the environment due to 1x usage/guess. Next door on-going construction did not make much noise during kur stay, which was good. A washing machine and a dryer was available at the basement, if you need some wash. Staff at the front desk had been helpful and can speak English well. Overall, it had been a good stay.

Lokasi hotel cukup straregis tp sangat disayangkan"team cleaning service"bekerja kurang baik seperti tidak mengganti gelas kotor, sabun mandi tidak di refill padahal sudah diinfokan, karpet lantai seperti tidak di vacuum dan sprei kasur berdebu tidak diganti berhari hari kalau kami tidak komplain (kami menginap selama 2weeks) mohon lebih ditingkatkan kembali tingkat kebersihannya terutama untuk tamu yang membawa anak-anak atau keluarga seperti kami. Thank you.

Location was superb! Easy access from and to the Incheon airport using the airport limousine bus. The room 's space is enough and comfortable for three of us. It has many mirrors, although the room 's light is a bit dark. Please upgrade the bed 's pillows. They are too thin. Breakfast is good. Their mandu and seaweed soup are delicious! Overall it was a nice stay and their price is fair.

Sayang sekali hotelnya tidak menyediakan air mineral botol di kamar tp menggunakan dispenser bersama, kami khawatir dengan hygine nya karena tidak tahu kapan pembersihannya sehingga kami membeli air mineral, secara keseluruhan menginap di travelodge baik dan lokasinya sangat ramai, tidak jauh dari tempat perbelanjaan di subway atau myeongdong.

Hostel tempatnya strategis, keluar sudah daerah perbelanjaan, mau kemana-mana juga dekat, ke myongdong, gyongbokgubg, namdaemun jalan kaki aja karena dekat. Stasiun MRT juga dekat. Cara ke hotel dari bandara: turun di city hall stasion (line 1) keluar di exit 7, jalan kaki ke depan dan menyebrang lampu merah, belok ke arah kanan lalu ada belokan ke arah kiri, hotel sudah di depan mata.

The bed and pillow is way too soft. Have a back ache after staying for a week. And almost every night is sleepness night.

Clean, well-sized rooms Receptionist provides good service, better location, cityhall station, door 7, after turning back, cross the intersection, walk to the right, pass the dunkin donuts shop, just a little alley ahead.

The location is good, pretty near to exciting places.

The hotel is very good. Czech check-in is quick to arrive before check-in time. The staff were able to stay in the room. Clean towels were a clean smell. The location is quite good. Popped up from the exit 8 city hall station and saw the hotel at the 8th exit in the station as well. Going up the stairs in a leg pain From the hotel you can walk to Myeongdong Lotte within 10 minutes.

Clean room and very accessible to Myeongdong

The sauna is not complimentary. You will get 50% discount as hotel guest. Toilet exhsust fan not working. Good thing is the bed is big.
