very comfortable, super good location, near traditional market and have 2 line subway. Save time & money for travelling. The tour pick up point exit 12 super near the unit.

Once I got in touch with the hotel communication was good. Expedia needs to fix the instructions to get the room access for this hotel. It tells you to wait for an email 48 hrs prior to your arrival that email never came. I had to contact Expedia and then was instructed to contact the hotel. Once I contacted the hotel everything went smooth. I was even able to do late check out at 2pm instead of the 11am normal time. (they only take cash) Was about $21 dollars to do that

If you an international guest, make sure to check your emails and get check-in details confirmed prior your stay as there is no front desk. We arrived at 9pm and the check-in form didn’t recognise my booking number. Luckily live chat was quick and I had an email sent with room details shortly.
Overall stay was comfortable and provided amenities like washing detergent and drying rack.
The blinds were not blackout and had gaps which would let in too much light in the morning.

Overall it was a good property in a convenient location. It could have been better if there's English user manuals for in-house electronics. The wi-fi password was misleading. The property management could have a YouTube video to clear som confusion and for expectation management.

Brand new building - VERY CLEAN rooms (except shower floor could've been scrubbed better). Comfy beds.
No check in staff - you get a text with your room number and door code. Luggage storage on 2nd floor (with door code).
Major minus: you have to communicate with a chat service 9:30a-7p only. They're a bit slow sometimes and they always change their answers. Example: in the room it says "ask the day before about late check out, 10,000W per hour." So I asked the day before. They said "ask the morning of check out." Ok........ So I asked on check out morning and IMMEDIATELY they said "no sorry the cleaners are busy and need the full time" (I asked for ONE hour). It was odd because the building wasn't full at all, I barely saw any people....
Absolutely will stay here again next time though. Just two minute walk to Seomyeon nightlife, exit 12 of subway station. Nothing else is this convenient or affordable!

飯店地點沒話說，西面12號出口有電梯，出來直走就到，前面有公車站，附近有釡田市場，幾乎大部分景點都可以搭車到，非常方便，參加一日遊的接駁點也都在附近，真的自助旅遊首選！蠻多人詬病的無人服務，我倒覺得很方便，注意事項在mail裡都可以找到，浴室水溫、空調都是觸控設定的，如果不懂韓文，用Google 翻譯拍照其實就可以，不用太慌張！冰箱、微波爐、洗衣機一應俱全，電磁爐我沒用到所以不評論！真的要說缺點的話，廁所真的比較窄，連住四晚價格並沒有比較優惠，但備品數量不足，就是第一天的量而已不會補充，水兩瓶+咖啡膠囊2個，還好樓下就是便利超商，所以問題不大，另外冰箱雖然乾淨，但是味道有點重...如果可以噴個除味之類的再給下個客人會更好！

不能用一般的飯店酒店來評價，一切的節約都反應在房價上，便宜，近地鐵，真的很近，可以聽到聲音及震動，出門旅行不外乎在休息的時候有一個安全安靜清潔的空間，此酒店便是提供這樣的服務，舒適舒服，符合成本。

タオルは宿泊数分の用意はなく洗濯必須なのと、シャワーを浴びるたびにトイレ周りがかなり濡れますが、駅近で海雲台方面や南浦方面へも乗り換えなしでいけるので便利だと思います。
安く泊まれてホテルのようなサービスはいらないという方にはおすすめです。
足りないものなどあればチャットで連絡すればすぐ解決してくれたのでそこはありがたかったです。
ひとつ宿側に気をつけてほしいのは、チェックインの際初めて部屋に入る時に
ドアが完全にしまっていない状態でロックがかかっていて、部屋に入るのにかなり手こずったのでしっかり確認して欲しいです。
