We stayed one night, left for Jeju Island, and returned for one night. We left our luggages with the front desk and when we returned, they had already brought bags up to our room. Fantastic service -- we were grateful since our flight from Jeju Island was delayed 2 hours and we were back at the hotel only at 22:00pm. The service at the Front desk was great.

--stayed in the twin room, and it was huge
--overall very comfortable and clean, though it's probably time to get some new mattresses
--decor did not cross the line to being non-tasteful, which was nice
--there was a shower and, in an unusual indoor location, also a bathtub
--short bus ride from the train station; you probably don't want to walk it
--short walk to a bus stop for the wetlands
--there are various restaurants nearby

The hotel room was very spacious and the view was lovely. We were in walking distance to the gardens which was perfect. There were many options for dinner or coffee in the area. I would have preferred a softer bed or a longer breakfast buffet time but that is just a personal preference. The staff was wonderful in every area of the hotel. I enjoyed my stay very much and if I am in Suncheon looking for a convenient location then I will choose the Venezia.

It is located about 5 mins drive away from the station. Surrounding areas do not offer many restaurants. When we arrived at the hotel at around 12pm there was no one at the reception as he was busy cleaning the rooms. It was rather inconvenient due to lack of staff. But there was someone at the reception at night and early morning. Rooms are new and comfortable.

It is located at 'love motel' complex.
Their breakfast is too much Korean, so my Western guests couldn't eat most food.
