A staff member on the first floor behaved disrespectfully, possibly mistaking us for foreigners. Which is still inappropriate. However, the people at the reception on the second floor were quite respectful, especially after learning about the platinum status; their attitude improved significantly. The royal suite at the top of the building was very pleasant — you could watch a huge TV right from the bathtub. The view from the window was stunning. There is also a bar on the second floor for those interested, but sadly there were too many noisy foreigners there. The breakfast in the morning was excellent. There was a huge variety of food to choose from, and I was able to find something I liked and enjoy freshly brewed coffee.

This level of convenience, paired with the cutting-edge design, made the suite feel like a personal oasis amidst the city’s dynamic energy. One of my favorite features was the spacious bathroom with floor-to-ceiling windows, allowing for unobstructed views of Osaka while soaking in the luxurious tub. The bathroom was equipped with high-end amenities and smart mirrors that could display information or lighting effects, adding another layer of sophistication. Throughout my stay, the service was impeccable—friendly, attentive, and always a step ahead in anticipating my needs. The combination of stylish comfort, advanced technology, and the breathtaking high-floor views made my time at W Osaka unforgettable. For anyone seeking a luxurious, high-tech escape in the heart of Osaka, a high-floor suite at W Osaka is an experience that truly sets a new standard for modern luxury.

We loved our stay at W Osaka. Everyone has made us feel well looked after. In particular, I would like to thank some associates that left a mark. Theo from the reception is the kindest and very attentive. He remembered my name from a previous stay! We enjoyed treatments at the SPA and our therapists, Anna and Anna, were outstanding. Everything from start to finish has been amazing. I can’t wait to come back!

Extremely stylish geared towards younger crowd. Staff was wonderful. I would highly recommend using the pool/ spa area with sauna, hot tub. Breakfast buffet was delicious with a wide variety of Japanese and Western style foods. Only downside was the hotel pumps some sort of fragrance throughout the hotel that was pretty strong, even in our room. If you have sensitivity to strong perfume ECT, I would say don't stay here.

The W Osaka is one of the nicest hotels I’ve ever stayed at. The design and look of the hotel is sleek and modern. The rooms emit the same vibe both with splashes of Osaka details, such as fun landmark murals in the closets. My favorite part was the private bar in front of the floor-to-ceiling window overlooking the city. You can watch the working city come to life as the sun goes down and the locals come out to enjoy all that Osaka has to offer. But don’t worry, when you are ready to wind down, the W has you covered with black out curtains assessable with the touch of a button. The front desk team is very welcoming and happy to assist in anyway they can. Just a short walk from the station, the hotel is a great central location to anywhere you need to go. After long days on our feet from exploring, my husband and I would always come back to a spotless room with a fresh restock of drinks and pocky (something that I began looking forward to coming back to finding each day ☺️). We will definitely stay at the W again in future trips to Japan! Love you W & and see you again! またね!
