WE Hotel Jeju

This is THE place for a wellness retreat. Shuttle to town is also super convenient if you want to explore.

호텔 직원들의 훌륭한 서비스에 만족합니다. 그런데 룸 컨디션이 구식인 점과 조식은 average 정도인데 좀 부풀려진 것 같습니다. 호텔에 셔틀이 있어서 차 없이도 이동이 편했어요

한라산쪽에 위치하고 있어서 조용하고 깨끗한 공기가 좋았다. 하지만 접근성에선 좀 안 좋을 수도 있음.

There’s nothing around the area. Purely for a get away. As long as you here just for the hotel heath stuff. Not worth it.

숲공윈을 끼고 있는 자연친환경적인 호텔. 2박동안 정말 호텔안에서만 지내도 충분한. 안락한 침대. 넓은 객실.다양하고 맛있는 조식. 실내외 수영장. 사우나 그리고 멋진 월리스 프로그램 등 꼭 다시 오고 싶음

It was more than good - really amazing

The grounds are really beautiful, the sheets feel lovely and the staff are very nice. But- the hotel is aging. The beds are too soft for us. We had constant problems with the central control for the lights, room temperature, and Do Not Disturb/Make up the Room light not working properly. We complained twice in 5 nights but it never worked consistently. A big drawback for me is you don't have total control of the temperature in your own room. The hotel chooses between heat and AC so, in spring or fall, that can be a problem. Another drawback is the hotel is not close to anything. In the morning the only way to get a proper cup of coffee before 10 a.m. is to pay for the $35 breakfast, which has to be reserved the day before and is non-refundable. After 10, the lobby bar opens and you can get a $13 cafe latté. Yes, they leave 2 coffee bags (like tea bags) in your room but no whitener or sugar. And it was very weak when I tried it. The final thing, my husband went to the front desk about a half hour before the forest walk our first morning there to ask how to join. He was told to go wait by the front door. The man leading the forest walk refused to allow him to go even though there were only six or eight people (the limit is 25) saying he hadn't signed up. It felt quite mean. I complained to the manager Mr. Kwan and he basically shrugged it off as a mistake. We never tried another of their wellness amenities.

Well trained staff and everyone was very friendly. Wellness program was awesome, we definitely learned something new for our bodies and lives. Utmost experience with nature, almost not want to leave the hotel vicinity.

상권과 떨어져 있지만 숲속에 자리잡아 짧은 시간이었지만 몸과 마음을 편안하게 실수 있었어요. 직원분들도 너무 친절하셨고 호텔의 숲과 산책로, 그리고 조식도 좋았습니다.음식도 간이 자극적이지 않았고 저녁에 피곤할때 쉽게 부담없이 먹을수 있어서 좋았어요. 제주에 가신다면 꼭 이곳을 찾아보길 권합니다.

Water quality is so good and there is walking trails which is so good to stay.

Enjoyed the forest trails. Concierge spoke English well and were helpful and detailed. They arranged chartered transport and gave us good suggestions esp Yeong and Tak. The breakfast spread was good.

This hotel is very clean and great.

This hotel is located in forest so very quiet and good to relax with peaceful walking path through nice gardens. Staffs are very smiley and kind. Room was very clean, well made and has meditative mountain/garden view. It seems like this hotel’s strong part is spa&sauna so I’d like to try spa next time :)

I had a good experience to stay at The We Hotel because excellent condition for room, kindly staffs, fresh air, forest and so on.

It was a unique hotel to say the least. Focused on healing, peace, and serenity, it was in located in the mountains with plenty of natural plants and trees which added to its ambiance. There was a decent sized park in which the hotel offeres tours of it every morning whcih taught the guests about the different types of plants and trees as well as some history of the hotel and jeju island overall. The swimming pool was gorgeous with a beautiful waterfall. One of things that surprised me was that the hotel essentially had a full-on hospital in it including plastic surgery, part of their "medical tourism" efforts.

We loved the room and the view we had from our room. The forest routes and parks were awesome and relaxing. The only downside was the damage in the room from the downpour but the manager and staff took immediate actions and sincerely apologized. Would definitely consider going back on our next visit to Jeju~

Overall, it was a pleasant stay at WE. The staffs were friendly and the service was good. Breakfast was fine, but dinner was a bit disappointing. Wish they could improved the food quality at the restaurant. Also, the indoor swimming pool temperature was not warm enough. I saw the same comment in the reviews before my visit too. But obviously the hotel still didn’t pay attention at that. This improvement is necessary and important, especially for anyone who considers to stay at WE in Winter time!

Great hotel in stunning surroundings, the staff were excellent and really friendly and so hopeful and some speak really good English, they helped us book taxis and arrange trips. The hotel is great and high class, the food was nice also but a bit limited and quite pricey. The Spa was unreal, we had the Aqua treatment in private domes pool which is heated and a combination of massage and stretching under water led by a masseuse, you float about listening to music and it’s one of the best treatments we’ve ever had. The pool is lovely too and the gardens and roof top bar are worth a visit. Hotel is a bit isolated but very peaceful and about 15 minutes in a taxi to the town and beach

we chose this hotel over another luxury resort, Kensington because we thought it had even better water facilities but we were quite disappointed. Not only some facilities were under maintanence but most annoyingly there was an unexpected charge for almost everything. Given the high rate of the hotel and the relatively low amount of these fees, it would be much more advisable to include them in the room rate. This way however we felt rather cheated especially because none of these fees were stated on the booking site. On top there were quite a few conceptual/architecture mistakes: for a hotel that claims to be in the middle of a magic forest it is rather silly to have the restaurant and some of the rooms looking over a busy parking lot!!! They could have put staff quarters or utilities rooms on this facade of the building and have the restaurant and all the rooms facing the amazing forest view. As for the Finnish sauna it was so big that the heater could not heat it up properly, it was hardly warm inside, again another conceptual mistake made by someone who have never used a Finnish sauna before. Not to talk about operation hours, for a place where there is absolutely nothing else to do, they could have kept the sauna open at least until midnight instead of closing it super early at 8.30pm. For this price we would definitely choose another hotel next time.

Its nice, feels like a hyatt regency type of vibe.
