The hotel is ideally located on the sea front and just off the main road that runs through Marbella. Lovely airy reception. As mentioned by others the elevator is painfully slow and cramped. Room is adequate and very clean but dated. Shower is great ! Again have to point out the issue with the lifts, there are 2 but 1 is consistently in use by staff and always when breakfast is served on 8th floor. It’s so frustrating.

We booked this hotel for our vacation and few days before the trip I received an e-mail that reservation has been canceled. Nobody even called me to explain or to say why. When I called they said there was an issue with the card, however never gave me an option to choose another one or do something about it. He directly only gave me the new prices, which were obviously much higher than when I booked it! Moreover the guy at the reception was very rude and almost didn’t let me talk! Will never try to return there!
