Ideal location, close to supermarket bars and restaurants, very clean, one bed apartment has plenty of room, food plentiful, good choices and microwaves if like me you like your food piping hot. Small but good indoor pool. No walk in shower.

Subject: Formal Complaint Regarding Poor Service at Hotel Reception Dear Arena Center Management, I am writing to formally lodge a complaint regarding the poor service I received at your hotel's reception during my recent stay. The experience I encountered fell far below the standard I expected and significantly impacted the overall quality of my stay. On the 17th of augist, I checked into your hotel, but the reception service was highly unsatisfactory due to assining a room and after three hours and all the bags emptied we where said we must change rooms, we tried to reason with them because we had three kids(11 months, 8 and 11 years old) they just said mistakes happen, and we can compensate with parking for a day, as we accept that mistakes happen we are a big family with a baby, but this is not the end, no bed was made for the kids and in the reception what they did was give us the bed sheets and towels, and to put the cherry on top, everything we walk by the reception no even an holy!, this is just unprofessional behavior, leaving me and all the familly frustrated and disappointed. As a guest, I believe I am entitled to a certain level of service, especially in a hotel of your reputed standing. Unfortunately, the subpar experience at the reception has tarnished my impression of your establishment. I kindly request that you investigate this matter and take the necessary steps to ensure that such issues do not recur in the future. I would appreciate a response to this complaint and a resolution that adequately addresses the inconvenience I experienced. I trust that you will treat this matter with the seriousness it deserves. Nice clean and friendly place, a bit further than advertised to the beach!! Also small buffet - not a huge choice. But just enough... For the price we would go again. But don't expect much...

The pool was nice and the staff was lovely. The apartment was OK but every evening it was very noisy. Almost every night the same woman came and yelled into a microphone, even though her crowd was just few meters away from her and the stage. This was annoying but we survived. But we also had a very bad experience. We went for a few days trip and when we came back somebody had broken into our apartment, found the key to our safety box (which we were stupid enough to hide in the apartment) opened it and stole all our money. It was horrible and even worse than loosing the money was this feeling that somebody went through all our things. We told the hotel manager about this and of course the police. We were told that there had been more brake-ins at the hotels around Arena Center and it was probably a gang of robbers. Hopefully the police has looked into the matter but the hotel did nothing. Strangely the hotel did nothing to prevent this and we had no compensation or anything. So we were quite upset. This ruined our stay!

Positive: -receptionists are mainly friendly -food quality is good, great selection -daily cleaning service, very quick -free wifi on the ground floor near the reception Negative: -if you are to book the shuttle service with this hotel, please be aware the price they provide you with is not accurate, they use taxi service round the corner and it might cost you more than you have been quoted (email confirmation from hotel booking service does not make any difference). -room air conditioner: it was working great in the afternoon (when you are supposedly at the beach or swimming pool), however it was not working during the night or early morning. -fridge/freezer: did not work in my room, I think I bought myself a tub of ice cream 2-3 times and every time I had a milkshake after leaving there for 4-5 hours in the freezer. -there is a nightly entertainment outside (near the pool) starting from 8-9 o'clock, it is extremely noisy and you can hear everything in your room during the night even with your doors and windows shut -quality of free wifi is 50/50, I would not recommend it if you decide to sit downstairs and watch a video -do not bother to pay for your wifi in the room, there is not signal there at all!
