Hotel Urdanibia Park

How do I start ? If I could give 0 stars to the service at the restaurant I would. But let’s start with the beds. Sleeping on stone would be more comfortable. The room was nice tho. THE RESTAURANT ! Arrived at 20h they told us to wait as they will be getting our table ready. ( 3 waiters for 16 tables ) 20h20 rolls by and they finally let us sit ( the restaurant wasn’t busy at all it was very empty ! ) we dit they bring the menu and we decide 21h rolls by AND NOBODY comes to our table ! Like nobody. I start to get a little angry as the restaurant was fairly empty. A waitress comes to the table next to us so we call her gently saying “ excuse me please “ she proceeds to PASS by me ignoring me completely to go to the OTHER table NEXT TO US. At that point I was fuming ! We decide to get up and leave after waiting for an hour to order. I was very hungry so I went back but with my dad this time a very nice young men looks confused as why we moved not realizing we had left and came back when he takes our order this time very fast I explain how miserable we have been treated and how the 2 lady’s working there treated us like animals so we left. We end up eating 2 burgers and honestly save yourself the anger and food as they were very very very bad . Tasteless, the meat was pure salt. And the fries were cold ! Im still quite angry at it all !

Booked only because other options were fully booked. Appreciated the smile of the receptionist and the large bathroom, but... forget about amenities, no complimentary coffee, or tea. Forget abt the restaurant, both waitress and waiter simply ignored us. French squeaky bed, room floor is Pvc so noisy, the motorway is across the street and the sound insulation is poor, to say the least..... so we couldn't sleep a winck. I think it is definitely overrated.

Perfect place if you travel with pets & by car. San Sebastian / Zarautz / Getaria etc. Are all max 30 min away by car. The breakfast from the cafeteria is fresh and very affordable, the parking is huge and the staff was super kind to us!

The staff were brilliant, apart from the older of the 2 working behind the bar and she tried to charge us for someone else's food and she didn't like it when we Question it

Visited in July 2022. Room was big for 3 people and a dog. It was sort of two rooms in one. Front desk could have been kinder. It didn't have a view (windows were high up) but you can't have everything. I could sit down to have a shower haha. Nice hotel!
