A really lovely hotel with beautiful rooms which overlook the lake. Spacious and very large bed. Worth paying for the rooms on the 1st floor. Very accommodating and they assisted us with a few extra requests. Lovely spa which we used too. Big bathrooms with a big bath.

Comfortable hotel with lovely location. Lots of water birds to look at. Breakfast was excellent. Seemed pricy for SPA treatments but I don't use SPAs.

Good experience, Really liked this hotel, great location you can see breathtaking views of the mountains and the lake and walking short distance from the town. Breakfast is ok, nice located restaurant next to the lake. Rooms are comfortable small and the fact are only two floors is a plus for me, room tend to be too warm so we had to open the window. Convenient parking in same hotel.Staff is very nice and polite, however, when asking of what to do in the area, there was not much help and only limited to point out to barcode to get guides… it seems they are short of staff too. Giving 4 stars google review for all the above combined with good price (this is not a four star hotel probably a solid 3).I didn’t try the spa but it seems to be very nice too and good added to a relaxed stay.

With 8 people on a Porsche Driving experience for 14 days, we stayed one night at The Hotel. The location, rooms, parking etc was excellent. We dined there the evening we arrived following confirmation to the Hotel. The dining room had a fantastic view of the lake outside, really thought we were in for a great evening. How wrong could you be, only Spanish menus available, thanks to google we could translate. There was only one waiter on duty, to the say the least it was our most dissatisfied evening for our total trip. The waiter failed to offer any discussion, failed to even try and translate or show the least interest. Main course before starters, meal for some incorrect meals served and frankly a distasteful evening. We left ASAP to the bar at 10.30, closed for the night. Everything to offer but with poor Management as we found out when checking out, not interested in our situation or the views of 8 guests of the previous evening. Give it a miss. Visited 20th September 2021
