Arriving at the room, it had an intense smell of garbage or seafood. There was sand absolutely everywhere even though it was on the high level. At night we had the hardest time trying to sleep due to a banging sound coming from the outside of the window, we had to sleep on the sofa bed. Next morning I requested a switch of rooms and was presented with the possibility to switch as long as I would pay 40€ for the maid expenses (????) Why? . That same morning leaving our room door there was poo all over our door and outside corridor, I'm guessing another guest had a sad encounter with dog droppings in the corridor and decided the best way to clean a shoe was smearing it all over the floors. The positive note is that at least that was cleaned on request. There is no room service and no change of towels, you have to pay extra for parking . Reception closes at 8 I think, after that you won't have the possibility for a late check in. Positive note, it's indeed walking distance to the beach.

The apartment in Isla Canella, is magnificent! The location, the environment, the restaurant and bars price, quality and friendly atmosphere! Very close to Portugal as well! Come to visit, i truly recommend!!!! =)

Quero partilhar uma experiência de serviço que abona a favor da receção do Leo Canela da Av dela Playa (à entrada da Isla Canela). A minha filha esqueceu-se de um casaco no apartamento, numa estadia no final de 2023. Telefonaram-nos informando do sucedido, mas dissemos que tão cedo não iríamos para aquela zona e era escusado o envio. Em Junho de 2024 (passado meio ano), por mero acaso, acabámos por passar uns dias nas imediações e tentar a nossa sorte, vendo se o casaco se encontrava ainda guardado. Depois da mobilização do pessoal da receção e administrativo, devolveram-nos o casaco, devidamente guardado e acondicionado. Em suma, uma equipa zelosa e simpática. Parabéns Leo Canela!
