Prior to arrival, guests must complete online registration with the property via a secure link. Guests will be asked to provide the property with a copy of their passport before arrival. Guests will receive an email 72 hours before arrival with check-in instructions. The front desk is staffed during limited hours. For any questions, please contact the property using the information on the booking confirmation. Reception hours are 9 AM to 10 PM on Saturdays and 9 AM to 3 PM on Sundays. Guests arriving outside of regular check-in hours can use the exterior telephone for check-in assistance. This property is located in the city's Low Emission Zone; only low-emission vehicles are permitted to enter. Guests with non-Spanish license plates must register their vehicle with the city in advance.
