Great little hotel! Staff is WONDERFUL- kind and helpful - they even lent us beach towels. Location couldn’t be better! Room and bathroom is small but it is typical in Europe. Comfortable beds, clean and AC! Will be back!

I can't recommend this place enough. If you want a small quiet room in a central location than this place is for you. I am a solo female traveler and felt very safe. Perfectly located right next to the cathedral and perfect if you plan on walking around the city. The woman host was super friendly and helpful, she spoke a little bit of English but enough to communicate what was needed. I will be back. Gracias Eliza

Excellent location. 6 mins from the bus station/train station, in the shopping district, very close to the beach and the old town too. We had a room with an internal balcony with table and chairs plus fridge and microwave which was a great addition. Comfy beds, decent shower. Very friendly welcome with lots of suggestions. Only thing that could be an issue are the thin walls, but fortunately we did not have noisy neighbours. Good value for money, compared with other possibilities. Really enjoyed our stay.

A few issues at check in but, Carla was very friendly and helpful. Great location in San Sebastian, a lovely city. The accomodation was very comfortable, extremely clean and well decorated . Very reasonable price but, bear in mind, although free parking, a bus ride away, is available, it's more convenient to park locally at 27€ a night plus, if you have a pet, it's an extra €10. This all makes a €48 room, which is excellent value, become an €85 visit. I recommended it though.

We had misbooked this hotel via google availability. Due to this and and a fully booked san Sebastian because of a Rugby match, we ended up booking the wrong dates(one day later). So we honestly shared this with the owner. But because we had booked a last minute non refundable room for 84 euros for one night, they werent willing to refund any money. Of course we had made the mistake by not double checking the dates, but the booking process all made it feel like for the particular date we wanted it. Yes, out checking mistake, but i think it would have been of some service to receive the money back. Its a popular/frequently fully booked hotel. We were actually standing in the hotel on the date we thought we had booked! They offered us to book for another night but we were not able to book anything so we ended up giving away this room to some local, which made it feel a bit lighter all together.
