It's is very prominent place where you can reach to the public beach without any hassle and the staff was superb friendly, Chef is the star of the hotel looking after all guest requests of all guests. Food is good for the money that we paid. All staff members are really helpful at all the time. For sure we will be visiting back

We were around 12 gusts 1 night. 2 days of rooms were not good dust wasontheroombehindtherefrigerator notclean and swiped had to improve on that as wel, but linen was not good on the up to the standard on the beds. There was hair on the beds housekeeping management that had to inspect before giving the room to the gust on that they have to improve on that as well, and even the toilet 🚻 had to be provided on the shower water was not coming more at all of some rooms toilets on that as as they had to improve on that, on the food when the customer comes for half board based they have to give the support to the gust dinner menu was very horrible they had to improve on that as well on the breakfast morning they didn't have more milk rice for all gust had arrived at the restaurant on that you'll have to improve on that as well, even you'll have to have in your hotel for Driver's accommodation as well have to improve on that as well and the restaurant staffs have to been trained how to speak for a gust, when we was having breakfast the staff comes a tells they have to get ready for lunch, we came to the restaurant by 9am to have our breakfast so you'll have to improve on that as well, Room checking time had to be changed to morning. 11 am. check out time also to be charged by 10 am on that they had to improve on that due to gust arrival early so checking time has to been charged immediately. Because gust travel long distance from colombo and they don't get there booking rooms early as possible, the management have to improve on that as well.

The staff was very kind and friendly. Food is decent but can be better. The hotel is close to the beach. Only problem was the AC in the room, it wasn’t very cool.

Room experience was absolutely horrible. The bathrooms were not clean and the towels were dirty. And when we asked for more towels they just said they’re in laundry and didn’t give us any at all. Moreover, the fans weren’t working and the a/c was not functioning properly as well.
